I ordered extra beef on every taco and burrito and this is how all of them looked. If you don’t wanna work thats cool but dont waste peoples hard earned money because you’re miserable filling tacos. Thats over $7 wasted on extra meat because I guess they in the trenches if this is EXTRA meat. God forbid I would have gotten a normal taco I woulda had just shell. Find new employees and get a new manager tear down the store and rebuild it or something damn.

Literally sat in the drive thru for over 30 min for 2 soft taco supreme. This has to be the worst Taco Bell location in all of Colorado holy crap. 15 cars just waiting here for no reason. Horrible location DO NOT GO HERE!!

How do you all consistently screw everything up? I ordered a beef chalupa meal, you gave me two chicken, and the wrong shell.
Last time I ordered a crunch wrap supreme, you somehow forgot the shell and gave me just a ball of meat and lettuce.
Before that I ordered a chicken burrito, you forgot the chicken and gave me just lettuce in a tortilla, nothing else.
This is absolutely unacceptable, like there’s no way someone could not possible be this incompetent without purposely trying…

Drive through wait time is now consistently 30+++ minutes with 3 or 4 cars in line. Staff shortages in fast food is everywhere. Somehow everyone else seems to be balanced and managing the conditions. If you need to be anywhere, avoid this location. Drive across town. It’ll be faster.

I absolutely hate this location who makes a tostada with an ice cream scoop mound of beans in the middle of the shell and decides yeah the customer is going to really enjoy this? In addition, it took 20 minutes to get through the drive-through. I will never ever go back to the store and you shouldn’t either!

I love this taco bell. The drive thru is usually busy but they are pretty fast. I am a taco bell fan all around. I found a $20 bill near here once so Its a lucky spot for me.

Every time I’ve come here, as a student at Rampart high-school, I always get food that is mediocre at best compared to most other Taco Bells. I’ve given second chances every year, and while this location constantly states it’ll get better, it never does. In fact, it seems to be getting worse. People dont seem to care about their work here, they seem to rush through ever order, all around, pretty bad location. The Taco Bell off powers (at least their earlier shifts) is much more conilsiderate about their food. If you’re looking for a better Bell, that one is probably the best one ive been to in the springs.

Waste of money, ordered several tacos and they literally only had a teaspoon of meat… That’s it! Should have checked them before we drove all the way back home. We will never eat at this Taco Bell again

On December 19th 2025 at 7:07pm, My friend, my boyfriend, and I went to this taco bell location, and we ordered on the Kioas and we waiting to pay at the front counter for about 10 minutes and no one would look at us to help us and then when it got to 5 minutes they looked at us and continued to ignore us. Finally at the 10 minute mark a guy came up and asked the guy in front of us if he needed any help but he has been waiting to pay for his order for about 15 minutes and he was getting all mad and we were too because you guys took 10 minutes to acknowledge us and then we sat down our food took about 7 minutes. When we got done with our food we went to go get a refill on our drinks, well I got a large Baja blast and my first one tasted fine but my second one tasted very off like cough medicine, the next day all of us had food poisoning we were all vomiting all day long on December 20th. Don’t go to this Taco Bell location they take forever to acknowledge anyone that’s there all they do is focus on the drive thru people and making food, you should hire like at least two people to stand at the front counter to take orders so that way the restaurant can run smoothly.

I ordered the crunchwrap supreme on 12/16. Basically just sour cream and queso. Never found the meat and only got tonthe beans by thr last 3rd. I didn’t finish it. It tasted odd anyway. My large soda was all soda and no ice. No mention of an ice machine not working. . 2 am 12/17 I had an attack of food poisoning like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. It’s now 12/20 and I’m still recovering. These kids need some serious retraining … and maybe they health department should drop in for a visit.
