Best breakfast restaurant In America! The food is always hot and consistently delicious with fresh baked goods daily. The staff is unstoppable with sincere attention to every patron. The coffee is never ending. Did I mention the to-die-for plate-sized cinnamon rolls? My number two reason for going to McPherson’s, behind the impeccable friendly service is the homemade fruit nut bread! Picture is a simple daily special-fit for a queen!

McPherson’s is my favorite local restaurant, hands down.
Not only is the food amazing, the staff are incredibly friendly and kind.
I go here at least once a week and am never disappointed.
Pictured is a build your own omlete and a fresh donut!
The baked goods here are to die for.

The Mrs. and I stopped in for breakfast this morning. It’s always a great place to stop if you are ever nearby. Yeah, had to take advantage of the enormous cinnamon roll – pairs up great with coffee! We also got some biscuits and gravy (it’s really good!) to go with our eggs and toast. Great stop, great food, and most certainly great service! We highly recommend!

1st time here and the atmosphere was pleasant, staff was friendly, food was excellent. Portions were actually a respectable size so you could enjoy everything on the plate. The face sized cinnamon roll, which I’ve wanted to try, I actually didn’t eat until about 4hrs later and I had to warm up in my microwave. Now it’s been 4 hrs and after being warmed up….omg the best cinnamon roll I think I’ve ever had. Next time I will show up and get just the cinnamon. Definitely recommend giving this place a try if you’ve never been.

Service was great. Our server was friendly and efficient. The food was delicious and portions were generous. The atmosphere reminded me of the family restaurants I worked at as a young adult. I would return if I were in the area. I will recommend McPherson’s to my friends and family.

Wonderful little family owned greasy spoon in Millington. Every time I stop in the atmosphere is comfortable and fun as all the locals are chatting it up together and enjoying great food. The staff is always courteous and smiling! Closed on Mondays!

Busy. Food was good portions are sorta big. Our waitress wasn’t very friendly or eager to get refills. I did enjoy my time because I was with family

We stopped in to Mc Pherson’s today for lunch. The parking lot was crowded and we could not get a booth inside the restaurant. I ordered fish sandwich with fries and my Mother ordered meatloaf. The meal came to a little over $22. The meatloaf and fish sandwiches are specialty dishes at this restaurant. The fish sandwich was good although I could have used more tartar sauce. The French fries were ok, but not the best I’ve ever had. The meals were large so we did not eat the entire meal. The waitress stopped by to get the order and to check us out, but didn’t come by to ask how our food was or if we needed anything – that is, until we were ready to go. I had to stop her to ask for mustard for my fries. The bathroom door would not stay shut and it is very tight fit in the room although it is clean (that’s a good sign). This restaurant is known for its cinnamon rolls and bread which I’ve had before in the past and they are very good. I think the indice of the restaurant looks q but dated, but I guess that adds to the charm of the restaurant. I don’t pass through this way often, but I’d stop here for breakfast. The prices are reasonable, the food is delivered quickly and the servers are friendly.

Went for breakfast this morning, the wait from the time our server took our order, until the food came out was more than 30 minutes for a 3 top order. There were 4 or 5 servers all standing around gossiping instead of helping reduce wait times in the kitchen. The cook doesn’t seem to be able to cook more than 1 ticket at a time and special requests are frowned on.
