This is such a bad Taco Bell. My tacos were not even half full. I could barely taste the meat. At least put more lettuce it’s inexpensive. They should be embarrassed! Will never go back to this one.

While ordering on February 21st at 12:30 am, I requested to remove 1 item from my order then the drive through person mumbles something. I asked “what did you say?” He then replies ” you’re killing me dude”. I instantly drove off because if you’re frustrated with simply removing 1 item then you’re probably not even following basic food safety protocols. I really wish taco bell would start holding these employees accountable for being unprofessional. He’s lucky I didn’t handle him myself.

Love my Taco Bell and their $7 Luxe box combo with a fruit punch Rockstar drink. Get chips and cheese instead of the usual cinnamon twists is my advice. Always good for a late night meal that’s not too terribly expensive. I’m a big fan of their soft or hard taco supreme. Beef chalupa is nom nom good too yo……or their Doritos locos taco . So many good choices…..

We went inside to order. There were no other customers waiting inside. 3 people were working in the back. We were not greeted for quite some time, then the woman who appeared to be the manager, told is we were welcome to order from the kiosk or wait. We were paying with cash so we waited. There was zero sense of urgency. Everyone was at one speed. We felt like a burden for actually going there! After somewhat of a wait, the woman walked over. She barely spoke above a whisper and continued to make us feel unwelcome.
She took my name, so I assumed we would be called when it was ready. We waited and waited. Then my niece stood up and saw our food just sitting on the counter. Of course, the supreme foods were lacking sour cream. We sure weren’t going to go fight that issue! On our way out, the young man who has just finished his break, wished us a safe day (icy roads). We appreciated him greatly!!!
I don’t know how this store even stays open! They for sure don’t care about their customers! HORRIBLE experience, especially when the manager was the biggest offender! I will drive 3 miles down the road before I’ll go here again.

Ant was the most goated employee to ever grace taco bell. He made a van full of college kids laugh for 30 minutes straight. We took our time ordering because we could not figure out what we wanted- plus it took longer because Ant was trolling us for our choices (it was really funny though please don’t fire him). We ended up ordering so much food we had to pull into a parking spot and wait..and there were a few errors with our food (truly just miscommunication) but Ant had to make so many trips but we were giggling the whole time. Moral of the story, Ant is the best t-bell employee and needs a raise.

I hadn’t been to a Taco Bell in quite a long time. When I eventually decided to go try one again, it was really disappointing when it missed the mark. I have ordered 2 bean burritos w/o onions for literally decades now, so I think that would make me an somewhat of an expert.
First thing I noticed after picking up one of the burritos, was that the weight was off. After unwrapping, I looked at it and instantly found out why. There were practically no beans inside, and that was basically all that they were suppose to contain! Then I saw how they wrapped the tortillas and they looked very flat but were rolled in such a way as to appear that there was something inside. Then to top it all off, no empanada! WHAT?? I was so excited they were back on the menu.
I had already gotten a few miles down the road at that point and i had just I come from the dentist without having eatenanything all day. Then add in the 3 o’clock rush. Then that just sealed it, there was no way I was turning around to go back.
There was no reason at all to skimp on such an easy order. I just asked for beans in my burrito. BEANS! I know they’re not that expensive! Do better people!

Don’t think this taco bell is going to be around long. For at least two weeks they have been out of all sauces. The dining room fountain drinks, maybe 2 flavors work and they claimed there was nothing better in the back. No spoons. Ordered a crunchy taco without lettuce. The picture Attached is what I got. I paid for lava sauce and they gave me chipotle so no heat whatsoever to this meal. And without their sauces taco bell is very mediocre. Won’t be going back to this location ever.

Spent $24 at Taco Bell. Two cheesy Gordita crunches that barely had anything in them. The steak grilled cheese was so small and barely any meat and more rice that anything. The potato soft tacos the potatoes were super burnt. Usually they’re out of Baja blast but thankfully they had it today. We called in and spoke to the assistant manager and he is correcting the issue. But what a huge disappointment. I don’t think this mistake is not on the company but the employees.

First, they falsify drive thru statistics by making you park and wait for the food, so I went inside to see the appalling conditions. Seriously, do not eat at this location if you worry about cross contamination.
