Been trying to give them a chance for a year now and nothings changed , I always get home to find out there is everything wrong with my order , always!!!!
Today’s episode on bad Taco Bell employees , my husband went through the drive through and we ordered cinnamon twists with the food for our two small daughters , got home , nothing per usual . So I call and what do I get ? A lady on the other end full of attitude telling me there wasn’t any with that order even when I’m looking at the receipt in front of me.
When I get there we straighten out , she even throws in an extra how sweet right? Except not.
The extra was not even half full and so little cinnamon sugar I could barely taste it !! As well as the forgotten ones . What a garbage place to eat , never again.

Paid 7 bucks for a chicken cantina burrito. Has absolutely 0 chicken it. Had to take first one back and asked politely to be remade. Shift lead/manager proceeded to unwrap burrito and show me the chicken (4 small pieces) at the very bottom. Rude, unprofessional. Was told I’d receive free chips and nacho cheese by team member. Didn’t receive that, either. 2nd burrito was worst than the first. NO SAUCE, NO CHICKEN, ALL LETTUCE. You guys are ripping people off. Very upset. Properly train your crew, grow some customer service and appreciate your job or go work somewhere else bro.

Upon arriving at the location, I gave very simple order two burritos in a nacho supreme upon getting to my residence. I realize that I was missing two of the items I called in and talked to Quote” a manager named Terry who to be quite frank gave me that the simple slogan of Just mention my name and we’ll take care of you
So I came back couple days later as of today it was greeted with hostility and lack of managerial abilities. I’m not somebody trying to get free food, but to say it was first class management would be at least my worries three of them all looked at me like I was some crazy person. I do not recommend these guys and it would be nice if somebody would take accountability.

They invited me in politely to make an order, then swiftly kicked me out after I’d gotten my food. They said the dining room was closed, which I thought was strange because I was in the dining room already. One of the staff barked at me to get out, acting the part of a police officer, and escorted me out personally with an aggressive and threatening attitude. To summarize, they hate customers here. That means they hate you too.

Going to crash out today thanks to this Taco Bell. Mark this date. 1/31/25 at like 12:45ish. Really paid for all my food and taco shells were stale, little to almost to toppings on the tacos. AND THEY FORGOT MY DAMN CRUNCH WRAP SUPREME. Really thought they could get away with it(they kinda did) but here I am, also paid for one regular freeze and one large, got two regulars. What’s up with always getting half frozen half soggy tacos? Don’t ask me cuz I just receive it. Honestly for a Taco Bell don’t know what I’m expecting, maybe what I pay for but maybe that’s why I’m crazy.

AWFUL!!I pulled in to this location at 12:40am after driving from the other location that’s my usual spot cause it’s down the road from my house. That location is the Cheyenne Mountain Taco Bell and it is 99.9% on point in virtually every way! I pulled up and was told that they are closed due to short staffing OK fine the Cheyenne Mountain location is as I said pretty on point, so I drove to THIS location which is open until 1am and they had the lights on but no one came to the speaker to say anything…I will NEVER give this location another try, I work hard and late I don’t close my business early!! Certainly not without an explanation!! Pathetic…
