They have a horrible system where if they mess up someone’s food, they will make them block the exit of the drive through so noone else can get out. Even after you get your meal you could be waiting enough time for all of your tacos to get soft before leaving the driveway. It’s funny because they have door so they could come outside but I guess it’s more convenient for them to mess up door dashers delivery times and let people’s food get soggy to satisfy the need to work less.

I just want to give a huge shout out to Conner and his team at Taco Bell on mesa ridge. He is so super friendly always smiling no matter how busy and slammed they get. I just appreciate how hard he works to make sure the customer experience is on point!! Thank you so much for the fast and friendly service. He truly is a wonderful kid with a great spirit and always has a smile that you can’t help but smile with, again thank you. We used Uber tonight. Tacos and burritos were good, as usual. No complaints there. We utilized the free chicken nuggets promo and they arrived gray and brown. There was no way we were going to eat those. I am just glad we did not count on those nuggets as a meal for our kids.

I have not ate a Taco Bell for over eight years and when the new Baja midnight came out my teenage son really wanted to try it so we came to try it and also get some food and the team here at this. Taco Bell is the nicest most amazing bunch of people… I thought are they always this nice?? I’ve now been back two times since that and my experience has been literally amazing every time this is literally my go to a fast food restaurant now in Fountain, Colorado because of how amazing the staff is!!!!! So if you work at the Fountain Colorado Taco Bell, I literally give you a round of applause for being as amazing as you are!!! Thank you I work from home and it’s so amazing to just come into your establishment and have a friendly face and have a friendly conversation!!!!

My girlfriend and I enjoy coming here provided we’re not in a rush. The food is whatever, it’s Taco Bell but the entertainment from the staff is top notch! Insane conversations, listening to pissed off customers, watching people struggle to make a taco but there’s always one new employee who is trying their best. Seriously though, slowest service ever but it’s not stopping me from coming back.

Took 30 minutes to get food that I ordered ahead…. In the past month this location has messed up my orders, forgotten things, and now today I order from the app to hopefully save time. I arrive at the estimated time the food was supposed to be ready, to find no food and then stand in the lobby for 10 minutes with NO SERVICE whats so ever. When they did finally come from the drive thru to assist the line of people of the lobby they had multiple people upset with incorrect orders and missing food. I didn’t end up receiving my food for another 30 minutes.
Then to add to it they burnt my tortilla… so that’s just great.

They took so long to serve someone ahead of me that I sat in the drive through for over 40 minutes. I asked them to have that vehicle pull aside so I could leave, and they refused, holding the entire line against our will. I said that I would call the police because they would not let me leave the line.
The manager and staff had the nerve to scream at me and threaten to call the police on me for complaining. The manager stuck her jead out of the second window just to scream at me some more when I finally got through.
Do not come to this location, because they believe that it’s fine to hold people prisoner.
