Always good. Never started on order. Jacks bergers will actually fill you up! One burger will do it. Better than the other places.

Absolutely terrible. Might as well have been talking to an alien with how difficult it was to communicate the order. Took over 15 minutes to get the food, being the only car in the drive through. Wrong sizes on combos, small curly fry with 6 sad fries. No straws. Ordered a sriracha burger and got whatever this monstrosity is in the photo. Got 2 tacos I didn’t order, assuming somebody is now missing their food.
The worst part though and the only reason I’m writing this review? The parking lot is like driving across the surface of the moon with how many pot holes and how comically large they are. The franchisee/owner should be embarrassed with how terrible they run their location. Just awful.

Worst order received yet. Missing some of the order, both hashbrowns missing, no large curly fries, and half an order of churros missing. The remaining food was squished or very undercooked, such as the onion rings they were ice cold in the middle. Tried calling the store, however, it appears their phone, is off the hook.

If I could give it one star I would food is always drenched in grease and like it was sitting out forever. Had breakfast got 3 hashbrowns soaked and stuck together French toast was all oil tasting and hard my sandwiches also just grease.

Jack in the box has given up. Their food quality has gone downhill. And it was already pretty far down. They’ve shut down most of the dining area. The staff really doesn’t seem to care and is on a personal phone call most of the time. It’s not really surprising to hear that they are not in the middle of a financial windfall. It’s nice that this location repaved their parking lot. But there are ridiculous amounts of speed bumps. There are other fast food options.

I’ve noticed a steady improvement at this location. The staff are friendly, but it’s definitely a skeleton crew and they’re stressed out. Regardless, I still get friendly service here with a smile.
My food is standard fare for fast food, no complaints, nothing remarkable. I’m just glad to have a decent option with my weird work schedule.

Didn’t receive a receipt ,understaffed,fries and taco over cooked, Soda machine for dine in guest ice not dispensing and syrup for soft drink needs to be changed out. Requested my receipt for the drive thru order and was not received .

The Mexican dude running late nights was awesome. Then they bring in some girls to handle the night shift and they make you wait 10 mins before ordering. SUPER SLOW!!! Bring the guy back
