Not a bad spot. They hooked up my cantina chicken burrito but crushed both of my tacos Day crew needed to work on restaurant cleanliness but just left it 4 night crew.

So I ordered $40 worth of food for my family and I haven’t gone through everything yet but I want to start by saying the service here is almost always trash. These kids have absolutely no customer service skills. They’re incredibly rude and just in a hurry to get you out of the drive through. I ordered two Cantina chicken crunchy tacos for myself and I don’t know what this is but that ain’t it! This thing was both soggy and petrified at the same time and falling apart while still stuck to the paper. It looks as if it had been sitting out all day and thrown in a microwave to put in the bag. Both of the tacos look like that. My son’s food feels cold as if it had been sitting outside. The best part about any of this is the prepackaged sauce that they throw on top of everything and watch it fall off before it even gets into the car window. Is there not a shift manager on site to make sure that people are getting what they pay for? Where is the shift manager one of these kids who clearly does not have any care in the world about how customers are treated or the food they are served?

Got food through the drive through. Staff taking orders are usually great. Friendly and quick. But whoever is preparing the food….I opened my taco to a tiny streak of beef on one half of the taco. I opened my chalupa to about 4 tiny pieces of chicken. From other reviews, this seems to be a reoccurring problem.

Expensive and they messed up our order. I checked the number of items before we left, but ended up with 2 bean burritos instead of 1 bean and 1 chicken supreme. $3 price difference between those. My friend got 2 chicken quesadillas that were burnt and hardly had anything in them. Waste of almost $25! Do better Taco Bell.

Slaps your food together, my crunch wrap supreme only had lettuce and tomato. It was thrown into my bag where I thought it was a burrito. They have no care what so ever and the food is cold and old. I wasted my money and ended up going to another place just to get food I know won’t get me sick and it’s prepared with care. I hope they start caring for each order. Each customer is what gives them their paycheck. I’m disappointed

Awhile back the meat put in the tacos was non-existent. The last few times the workers are getting better at filling up the tacos. Thought it may be a corporate thing for more profits. Smaller parking lot makes it difficult to navigate during peak times. Service is quick and efficient, friendly workers.

Ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito, and this is the portion that they give me, this is insane. Very frustrating, my burritos are usually twice the size of this anywhere else I go. Also forgot our forks.

Edit 2/11/26 after speaking with staff at the restaurant, they apologized that corporate was ignoring my issues that i have photos, emails and texts about. And made me a nice meal tonight at their expense. They know i’m a local customer that eats there all the time. Deleting the app so they can keep a good customer. Evidently it’s just a useless AI chatbot that addresses your emailed issues. I have had two delivery issues, neither of which was followed up on the app. January 2025, a driver stole my order and admitted it via app text message. December 7th, 2025 I got someone else’s order. Nothing was done when I reported either event to Taco Bell’s customer service. AI at its worst.

Absolute worst taco bell I have ever been to if you come here plz avoid it so their corporate shuts this location down they consistently let their customers down with undersized half prepared ability to make the simplest food known to man. Everyone there is aweful all the way up through management, not a single person there is qualified for a job that just isn’t very hard go to Arby’s or mcdonalds because if u visit this taco bell you will undoubtedly be disappointed in epic proportions.
