The lady at the drive through was quite rude to start off with. My friend was ordering a steak quesorito for me and she gave us a quesadilla. Now I understand it’s a simple mistake, but she then didn’t read back my order so I wasn’t able to correct her either. I didn’t think to check the bag because usually they do well. And after all that I come to find that the quesadilla wasn’t even cut.

Taco Bell is like my guilty pleasure. This location is the closest to me, but unfortunately it’s a huge hit or miss.
Tried Taco Bell breakfast for the first time a few weeks ago and was greatly disappointed in the portion size. Actually, I don’t think the person who made it knew how it was supposed to look. Refer to my picture of a breakfast burrito I got with almost nothing inside. Tried a different location later and the burrito actually looks correct and is full.
Today, I waited 30 mins for an app order I made. Went through the drive thru only to be told to park in front and wait for the order. Turns out the WHOLE parking lot was full of people waiting for their order. What’s going on?? They have one guy running food out, not know what car he’s even looking for. All the while high school kids are running in and out of the restaurant having fun with the workers who are actually their friends! Is that why service is so slow?? Watched customers try to park and walk in to order, only for them to come right back out and drive away. I guess they were being told the wait for food would be over 30 minutes. Ridiculous! Whoever was the MOD on 2/5/26 was not doing their job.

$2.99 extra for what??? It’s not even half of full of fries, neither is the cheese sauce. Nice job on the crunch wrap, had to tear the package open because it was stuck. Better service and food at other locations, will avoid this one in the future.

I’m not one who typically leaves scathing reviews… until now. This is my neighborhood Bell and I usually order through the app. This last Tuesday I made a standard order through the app. It took 52 minutes to complete the order! Others were marooned inside the store too! Nobody in the drive through waited anything close to this long. I advise anybody to skip the app, and drive through order. Truely terrible.

Always make sure to check your order when coming here!! We ordered a Mexican pizza with NO tomato’s. Upon arriving to the window we only checked if our items were in the bag and drove away. Come to find out there are tomatoes all over!! We had to pick them all off one by one. And with the crispy cantina chicken luxe box, it comes with the avocado sauces which weren’t received.

The place wasn’t busy when I went to order food inside. I wanted to use the bathroom to wash my hands before I ate my food. The bathroom smells like sewage very bad. Prob the drains. But Def could use some strong deodorizer in there. The spray machine isn’t working at all for the smell. I paid with cash so I had to wait a min for the cashier st the drive thru window to come ring me up. The food was decent. The store was clean at 10:48am.

Last night. I decided I was gonna try Taco Bell again on the way home, I was hungry and starving. Time was about 8:15 on Saturday. The person in front of me had already ordered and I was just waiting at the counter.
Nobody even acknowledged me, I stood there for five minutes, and I finally walked out and said forget it, I guess Taco Bell and I are just not meant for each other. If someone would have at least acknowledged me, I would’ve hung out and waited, but nobody even noticed I was standing there, and it was not that busy.
That is some really bad service!

Disappointed they are under the assumption everyone who comes in has previously ordered. If you have a cash register, someone should be there to place orders! Some people still appreciate good ol’ customer service.

Night crew is the actual good crew! Not melted cheese come on!? No wonder Wendy’s is doing waaaay better. Want to pay for horrible quality this is the taco bell to go to! Super old potatoes are definitely on the menu! Been told by previous employees that I need to order from the app from the online exclusives menu to get the box. LIES! They will still place your chips and get mixed with the cinnamon twists. I might as well ask to get spit on as I drive away that’s all they are missing. HORRIBLE QUALITY!!!!!!!
