Adding to review from a year ago Tacos Flacos served with onions and fresh cilantro and a very spicy sauce on the side!! It’s delicious and the steak is tender!! You can’t go wrong with this choice!! Our “go to” for Mexican food – the staff are always friendly and fast!!

Portion sizes alone are a very good reason to go! Prices are a little bit above average for good reason, they give you lots of food. The free salsa is basically just Ortega taco sauce, so nothing super awesome there. Chips are good. The servers are super nice, and service is very very quick. Salsa needs some veggies (& more jalapenos!). If that happens you’ll have a 5 star restaurant in my opinion.

My husband and I go here at least once a week and it’s always a pleasant experience. We live in Jonesborough but go out of our way to come to this one because it’s just so much better than the others. Service is always good, although we do have a favorite waiter that we adore (Anarbol.) Clean, good food, and the chips are always hot. We never go to any other Amigo, or mexican restaurant for that matter. Definitely recommend.

I came to the restaurant with my registered service animal… The owner asked for proof of her registration, and I provided the proof… He said he didn’t care he just doesn’t like pets that I informed him that it is illegal for him to refuse me service with a service animal… he said he didn’t care. I could go ahead and sue him because he wasn’t going to service us … I asked that everybody boycott this place and whatever you do don’t try and go there with your service animal
