Taco had barely any meat in it spent $90 and get subpar food called talked to manager the manager said the gm would call me to fix it and that never happened the quality of food for the price you pay is ridiculous and outrageous!!! Will not be returning here ever again save your money.

6:42pm after Thanksgiving, I did not catch the guys name at the window but he had glasses on he was so so kind and patient. Brighton needs more workers like him to work. Being kind is free and doing your job right is not that hard. Brighton has the worst customer service ever so I try my hardest to leave reviews for the ones that do a great job.

Was excited to see quesorito burrito was back but upsetting that it costed nearly $7 after tax and was mostly tortilla. Solid menu item in the past now ruined by corporate greed and skimping on cheap ground meat and other cheap ingredients that they order by the truck load. Probably costs .40 cents for a burrito yet they sky rocket price to nearly $7 and say they have to pay for staff yet still don’t add up in the end. Taco Bell once a place that had affordable food on a budget now turned into high priced yet low quality food. I’m fading from this company more and more every visit.

I ordered a meal with a taco on the side through the Taco Bell app and went inside the store to pick up my order. When I picked it up they totally forgot about my extra taco and I had to drive back to the store to get my taco which ended up being wrong as well. Fed up with this place I just went to the park to eat my lunch before I went back to work when I came across this. A clear lid in my beefy 5 layer. I also had a cantina taco and it had no ranch sauce on it so it was super dry. Nacho fries were cold for having to go back. This was a very unfortunate trip to Taco Bell. Never had my order messed up this bad like anywhere. Honestly I’m too tired to call and tell them it even happened at this point. ♀️

This Taco Bell used to do pretty good. My visit here today, though, will probably be the last.i was the only one in the drive thru line and it took a really long time. Extremely slow, and there weren’t even many people inside. And to top it all off, I get home and opened the loaded beef nachos… and it was the most pathetic nachos I’ve ever gotten. In this economy, eating out is a treat, and taco bell is affordable but I think I’ll just skip this place.

Staff at the 920 E bridge st, Brighton co 80601 location on 10/10/23 @ 9:40pm was very rude saying that they didn’t need to prepare my food correctly and that the manager was too busy. Also food was missing and prepared incorrectly. Had a chalupa, nacho fries, chicken quesadilla, all missing…. 5 layer bean burrito was also just wrapped with another tortilla with no Nacho cheese! Honestly was the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had…

Ordered pick up through the app went through the drive through. When I got home I was eating my burrito and felt something hard and squeezed out a literal nose ring or earring either way this is absolutely disgusting!!!!!

We ordered thru the mobile app, and got the food. It looked and smelled amazing. My wife went to eat her crunch wrap that had subbed shedded chicken for the beef which is an additional charge, and there was barely any chicken(noted in photo) and she was ready to blow up because of the extra charge and almost no meat at all.
