I haven’t been to Shari’s in a long time. The waitress was engaging happy and polite, unfortunately my burger looked better than it tasted. The burger patty itself was like a hockey puck. I couldn’t finish the burger. I don’t recommend the burger.

I do not believe they will survive as a company too much longer. Obvious problems with employment and corporate. Came in there for pies, cheesecake and a cheeseburger.
The 3 milkshakes were fine other than they were served in the mixing tin covered in syrup, strawberry and ice cream. I asked the server if we get glasses to pour them in and her response was corporate wants them served in the tin. Corporate should drink them out of the tin to see the problems with that. The least of the issues is the messiness.
Pie crust and filling were old. Cheeseburger was horrible.
It was literally served with an ice cold hard stale bun. After the 4th bite I pulled the bun off to investigate. Cook didn’t even attempt to throw it on the grill. Pathetic waste of money.
I should have just stopped when I overheard the table of 4 telling the manager how horrible their food was.

We ordered from DoorDash. Food was good quality and cooked perfectly. We got a Chicken Quesadilla, Wagon Train Chicken and Mountaineer Burger with side of fries, fruit and broccoli. Everything delish.

Ordered a few things for myself and my boyfriend. Havnt been to sharis in a while and i normally go to the one in Salem. Wanted to try this one and i wish i did not. Ordered a hot chocolate and it tasted like water with a small hint of chocolate. Small portion on the hash brown extremely extremely crispy the portion of the chicken fried steak was about the size of a hamburger. very disappointing. French toast is way overcooked the chicken strips were soggy and it flour cooked on the outside tasted absolutely horrible. The sour cream i didnt even touch because it was like a plastic coat over it and really warm. The service was fine due to them being busy I understand that portion. Just the food was not how it should if been. Was not worth the $53.23 i spent today.

Always great quality at all sheris i go to. I always love the pies here and i always enjoy the food i order. The lemon meringue pie is truly a must try. This time i had fish and chips 🙂 very good all together. 🙂

Our waitress was awesome our problem came when I wanted to order 3 pies. She told us they had a freezer full so we placed our order. She went to get the pies and her manager Kevin would not let her fill our order. He said we had to buy the display pies. Here’s the options. He said we could come back on Wednesday and buy then. Thanks Kevin my kids birthday is tomorrow(Tuesday) and we don’t live locally.
