This location is generally fast but very rarely is my order correct. Today i ordered three crunchy taco SUPREMES with no lettuce – apparently “no lettuce” means “only meat and cheese”. In the past I have ordered burritos with no lettuce, no onions, add rice – all three incorrect. Usually I am the only one in the drive through, so it’s not a matter of them being busy, it’s a lack of attention to detail.

Wow I went through drive-thru ordered a classic box I couldn’t tell the difference between my soft shell taco and my five-layer burrito. Soft shell taco was old! Tortilla had absorbed the grease from the taco meat, lettuce was soggy not to mention I’m pretty sure my soft shell taco was bigger than my five-layer burrito. Here’s a pic of so called burrito. Train your people better on portioning on presentation because this is pathetic

I ordered a dorito taco supreme that usually comes with lettuce, tomato & sour cream. Today it came with an absurdly small amount of beef and unwashed lettuce. No sour cream & no tomato. The lady at the drive thru at 1pm on 9/12 with dirty long pink nails starred at me waiting for my card while I waited for her to give me the total. She was very rude for someone working at Taco Bell with nasty nails. Has to be a health hazard as I could see her hot Cheeto stained fingers & ugly face. 0/10 service & 0/10 food.

The employees here at 12:00 are trash. I asked for food they laughed on the intercom and refused to help like it was a joke. This is an absolute terrible visit. I hate this location and I still make sure the world knows how terrible your are no reasons at all to act like this.

I had a very thorough discussion with the police officers who met me on site and they told me hey they have a 1.5 star rating and we’re here every week on behalf of somebody complaining please shut down this location. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will be sure to push this regimen for the rest of my life Taco Bell you have no responsibility or accountability I will make sure that the world knows.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 3 quesaritos and have had them multiple times including last night from a Westminster location. All I got tonight were beefy 5-layer burritos. Barely any cheese sauce, definitely missing the chipotle sauce and crispy aspect of the tortilla. Very disappointed and will not order from this location again as they clearly can’t make an item properly. I will drive however far to get my moneys worth. This location always gets my order wrong or I pay for extra cheese on nachos that I never get, basically paying them extra money for no reason. And tonight I paid extra for a 5-layer burrito. Seeing as this location can’t train properly or have staff that actually care about anything besides talking and messing around with each other, they should just close it. Not worth the money or time you spend here.

This place has had way too many times taking far too long for orders to come out, I’ve never had a Taco Bell take this long. Almost near an hour waiting it’s ridiculous. The customer service isn’t even nice to make it up. They all give such dry talk and I understand if you are under staffed but countless places are too you can’t be taking this long.

Several people who were just from drive thru were already waiting to get items that were missing from their orders. Not a good sign. I ordered inside and my order was still wrong. When I went to the counter she had no clue what I was saying when I told her there are only 2 items and the bag receipt said 3 clear as day. She looked at me like a confused dog when it hears a high pitched sound and walked away. Someone else came up and it took explain again and waiting another 5 minutes….. all I needed was one more taco out of a simple order for 3 tacos. Don’t waste your money or more importantly, your time here

At the time im writing this i had just left the drive through about 15 mins ago. I was driving for doordash and got a order that was going to pay really well. But I sat in the drive thru for 15 mins and never got a respond even tho I pulled up with someone in the drive thru before me and they never answered me. So my ratings got messed up and lost out on money because they never answered me ay the drive thru.

The young man taking the order was a nice as he could be despite him speaking very broken English, that was NOT my issue. Although he was very hard to understand.
My issue was the condition of our food in the bag. Upon opening the bag we discovered all the heavy food was in top of the softer food, smashing all the tacos and the Mexican pizza. We were also shorted a few items.
This is not the first time this has happened and despite calling the restaurant and trying to talk to the manager (who coincidentally is never avaliable). I’m make sure to try to go to another location or restaurant in the future.

How this location is still in business is beyond me. You go into the lobby and get ignored, half the time you’re waiting for 20 minutes or more. They’ll look at you, and that’s about the most b attention you’ll get. And they’ll forget items on your order every time guaranteed. 100% restaffing is a definite must at the very least. Corporate is wasting their money otherwise by keeping this location open.
Absolutely horrible service, and none of the employees care.
