The servers were welcoming, went around 4:00pm, people aren’t many at this time on a Monday.
Our main dishes were very tasty and delicious, my husband had the bourbon street chicken alfredo. Looked good, had a good aroma too. The sausage and chicken were tasty.
I had a salmon with mashed potatoes and switched my broccoli for a house salad. I asked for my salmon to be very crispy and they did. The whole meal was good. Our bill with regular drinks was $62 without tip.

Pleasantly surprised. We stopped going to Applebees over 10 years ago. We decided to give it another shot. The menu has a lot of variety and the pricing is a little lower than comparable restaurants. The quesadilla burger was full of flavor and the class combo appetizer was tasty and huge. What topped the visit was the pecan blonde. Delicious! If you haven’t been in a while give it a shot.

If I could give this restaurant minus stars for the food I would. My girlfriend ordered the steak and shrimp parmesan an order that well done which it was but it was also burnt in places and also the broccoli was very mushy. At least the bartender got her a second order of broccoli that was actually crispy. I ordered the O-M- Cheeseburger and was extremely dissatisfied. My burger bun was crunchy and the cheese was burnt to the skillet so bad that I had to scrape it off with my Fork. I was really looking forward to my dinner tonight and you let me down and this is why I stopped coming to Applebee’s. The burger I got did not even look like the picture of the Burger on the menu plus my burger was actually stuck to the bottom of the skillet and lost some of the bun.

April was a genuine human and very accommodating. We got the 2/25 deal. Salads were good. Thousand island dressing tasted homemade was delicious. The omg cheeseburger is properly named. Hubby and I were grouchy and in a spat and it turned things around. Good food lifts the mood ❤️

I ordered the Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp, and while cutting into the chicken, I found a hair embedded inside the meat, not sitting on top. This indicates it occurred during food preparation or cooking, which is extremely concerning from a sanitation standpoint.
This completely turned me off from eating the rest of the meal. Food safety and hygiene should be non-negotiable, and this experience was unacceptable. I’ve never had something like this happen before and won’t be ordering again.

I’m here having the melted OMCheeseburger along with the chicken tenders.
The two for 25 meal upgraded for $2 was very reasonable. plus the buffalo wings as an appetizer. outstanding food hot fresh came out perfectly within minutes. They have the game on panthers versus Rams and they have no issues with providing for the customer that requests audio volume increase to enjoy the Carolina panthers. Game.I just wanna say that the service here is phenomenal. The food is hot and the staff is very professional. I look forward to seeing everybody come out here. Come down to the Applebee’s at university if you want great food, professional staff, and a great ambience.

I have never been so disappointed with a total experience until being here. First of all the service was terrible from beginning to end. Our waitress regia aka Gigi was very dull and ignored people at our table of six my friend and I had to go to the bar to order our drinks because gig took so long to actually come back to the table I can understand if they were busy but in fact they were not at all Food was terrible as if they threw everything together. Who makes a Caesar salad with brown iceberg lettuce mozzarella and croutons. The pasta I ordered had no sauce so when I asked for some I was charged even tho it comes in it . My mom ordered the bourbon steak and didn’t eat a thing simply because it did not look appealing or even appetizing to eat our kids was served cold food . I didn’t eat my food due to losing my appetite. My bill was still 89$ which is outrageous. I would not recommend this establishment to any one at all. Only thing that was decent was the drinks we ordered. Thank you to the bartender that night. Susan the manager was very rude with trying to handle this situation and I don’t appreciate her talking about us as she spoke amongst her coworkers. There is a way to be professional and this was not professional at all. We will never eat here again. I hope whoever tries them has better service and food than we did.

Me and wife was eager to go and try the new dishes they had. When we walked in it was so quiet like the place was being robbed or something. Bartender and a couple other staffers looked our way but no one ever came to seat us. We stood they for a few minutes then I decided to leave. It’s amazing how zero employees came to greet us or just let us know someone will be with you. We were both so upset. I’ll probably never go back to this spot again. All the chain stores in that university area is done.
