Went to a rave before hand, it was 2 in the morning and that was the best tacobell I’ve ever had. The burritos were burn your mouth fresh, the cinnabon delights were crispy and so fresh. I think about this night like my dead ex wife, often and fondly.

I ordered an online pickup for 1030AM and got their on time, saw my order at the pickup, but has 3 employees ignore and walk past me before finally coming up and saying “what do you need”. No hi, no nothing.
Second thing, my food was ice cold and the beef tasted old. Like more than a few minutes or even hours, like it was from yesterday. I feel somewhat sick 3 hours later and probably am going to back.
10/10 would never recommend this location and will not return. Corporate needs to shut this place down.

My partner and I both got quesadilla that we threw out because they did not taste good. Even my crunchy taco was soggy.
We also did an online order, and they made the food 10-15 mins before we arrived, which probably didn’t help. The first time we can to this taco bell the inside looked like a hot mess and none of their drinks were working.
Not wasting my money here again.

When I came in to pick up an order for two items, I saw four employees huddled around the counter. Three phones were out with their contents being discussed and nobody noticed I walked in. Eventually they were notified by two other employees that were seated at the tables. Two of them put their phones away and began to try to help me. But of course, the order hadn’t even been started. Maybe they could focus a bit more on their jobs and less on devices while on the clock.

I came through the drive thru after ordering the 2cheesy dip burritos and a water, the guy snatched my money, gave the food then argued that I never ordered a water when everyone in the car heard me do so, my issue was the rudeness of the employee wether the receipt said I didn’t order it or not I didn’t even have a copy of my own receipt to look at & there was no accountability for his mistake and then when asked for his name or manager he asked if we spoke Spanish in English and then asked the same question in Spanish like what does that matter? Worst experience I had at a Taco Bell or any fast food thus far. The water could have been paid for but he wanted to argue we needed to go back around to do so because he didn’t hear me Order the water.

Tried to order chicken strips online. When we got there they said they are out and asked what I wanted instead. I asked for the nachos bel grande but he said he can do the loaded beef nachos. Okay? We asked for no sour cream. There’s sour cream on it. I’m trying to call to get the money back on my card and it just keeps ringing so I will be reporting this as fraud

The food is Always descent. The atmosphere is some thing else,I thought there was a dead body right out side the door . I know this isn’t funny but I had to laugh my butt off ! Because he litterly flew around the park lot like a plane ! Nobody told me about the entertainment,) I give it up to all the workers that have to put up with that. So they are ALL Amazing;)

I believe this is the worse Taco bell location in Denver, no joke. Employees are rude, not clean, lobby is always closed, and food is not fresh. Very sad.
UPDATE: I started coming back to this TB a few months ago, and I have to say, they’ve improved. At least during my usual visits around 1:00 PM. My last order was perfect :). The staff was also nice and the order was ready when I arrived. Check out the pics!

I ordered the cheesy dipping burritos off your menu and the menu says 2-pack of dipping burritos for 5.99. I was given one burrito and when I went back to ask them to fix it they refused. 3 people came to the window and not a single one knows what the menu says or how to execute the order correctly. they said they needed to check the cameras for some reason which just feels prejudice considering the area we are in when it was THEIR MISTAKE. I asked them to read the menu and the bag and showed them it said 2 pack and they just kept saying no because they didn’t understand. Please educate your staff and be kinder to patrons.

Listen. It’s a Taco Bell on colfax. And for what it’s worth, I have never had a bad experience.
Everyone that works here (that I’ve encountered) are great. Pleasant and attentive. I have been to so many worse places and I’m telling you, working at Taco Bell on COLFAX at midnight can not be easy and like I said. They’re all incredible considering the conditions.
That’s it.
