Shout out to the bald guy with the face tattoos and the young dude with the brown ponytail, you can tell they actually put effort in to making this place run smoothly and getting peoples orders out correct and timely. This is the last place on the planet that deserves 5 stars because I come in here all the time and can wait 27 minutes just to get the wrong food when it isn’t even busy. But some of the staff here do actually try to make this place suck a little less, and i wanted to mention it in a review.

The crispy chicken strips are another new menu item from Taco Bell – very similar to their Crispy Chicken Nuggets.
The breading seems to be very similar, as does the color, and this is also made out of breast meat
I feel similarly towards both items. They’re actually just basically the same thing, except one is longer and narrower than the other. There’s a good enough
crunch in the breading, and the chicken isn’t overcooked, but it’s really nothing special overall. It needs a lot of sauce – I went with the spicy ranch this time, which was pretty good
This location is a bit iffy though – it’s not very clean, and would not recommend eating in here at all or doing anything except takeout.
Overall, not really sure why this item exists. 5/10

I had a great experience. There was difficulty getting an order I had placed through the app. I found it difficult to order and had gotten off work. Thankfully the workers working at night were extremely helpful. They definitely Helped me out!! Thank you!

If you order online from here, they will NOT follow ingredient substitutes. At all. They also won’t put any sauce in your order. I understand working a minimum wage job, but its not that hard to substitute meat for beans.

I had placed doordash order , and I had accidentally ordered an absurd amount of sauce. I ordered 39 sauces purely by accident because it was 12:14 am and I was exhausted. Who ever packed my order deserves a raise because there was exactly 39 sauces. In my bag. Like be so fr. Very small Taco Bell with very few seats and tables. Since I do not eat Taco Bell regularly I was happy to order through touchscreen so I was browsing throught the menu and ordering all kinds of stuff for my and my friend who was not there. The food was great (Taco Bell Great) and service was quick.

I am a constant visitor and the last few times I’ve been going it’s just been getting worse. there’s no more Baja blast option when you go and when I got one of their refresca drinks it was the wrong color and tasted awful. My quesadilla wasn’t even fully cooked, the cheese wasn’t melted. not worth $12 to get unmelted cheese quesadilla.

I have the worst customer service… I just went in the drive-thru and made my order, a very hungry homeless person asked for a taco and burrito. So I asked the person working if I could make another order. Keep in mind there were no cars behind me and zero people in the lobby he told me that I had to drive around because there was only one order per car. I was just trying to help someone out and the employee was being extremely rude about adding a second order or even adding two things to my current order this is unacceptable it not like I was trying to order 50 other items.

Genuinely had never eaten at a taco bell that’d upset my stomach till this one. All the folks inside were cool and personable, but I legitimately couldn’t finish what I ordered because something in my soft tacos was so hard it hurt to chew. Thought it was part of some spoiled potatoes or something but a piece I spit out also really looked like a tortilla chip, couldn’t tell if maybe the soft taco roll was bad either.

i got food poisoning from this location, so i emailed customer service and told them about it because no one answers their phone, and customer service sent me a $10 coupon for one item. i wouldn’t eat from this establishment again if they gave me a $1000 coupon and rights to own the store, but that just goes to show how much they care and how safe they are with their food practices.
