We ate at Taco Bell last Friday evening between 6:30 and 7:00. There were only a few customers dining inside, with several cars in the drive-through. We were in the middle of moving and just wanted a quick bite.
Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The dining area appeared not to have been cleaned for quite some time, which was unsettling, and the food was mediocre at best. Despite there being several employees behind the counter, there didn’t seem to be much attention paid to the cleanliness of the restaurant.

The workers were nice. But at 9 AM they had no coffee and my crunch wrap that I paid almost 8 dollars for is the tiniest tiniest thing ever! I have extremely short fat hands, and it fits right in my little tiny hand… I get the area that we are in and charging a lot for a little, that’s absolutely ridiculous though it’s not even worth a dollar. It’s pretty much all tortilla.

Normally a pretty decent experience here in terms of Taco Bell. Food is what I expect from this company but please put more cheese in the cups. Normally they are pretty skimpy but I just got one that was like 1/4 full. What gives, man?

Horrible customer service…no one helps you, they make you order from the kiosk. The food is slimming. Ordered a quesadilla and it isn’t even cooked, or cut…can’t hold it at all. Ice machine broken and they dont tell you ahead of time. Go to other Taco Bells. I feel like the majority of the customers here are young middle and high school kids so they dont care what they get.

THIS IS WHAT THE LOBBY LOOKS LIKE AND IT’S I’VE BEEN SITTING HERE FOR OVER 15 MINUTES NOW AND THERE’S NO END IN SIGHT .
I had to wait so long for my food and there’s like one person ahead of me in line that I had plenty of time to leave this negative review. I eat at Taco Bell’s all over Denver and for some reason this one does not prioritize the people that come into the building. So it’s super frustrating and I hope that after they read this review, they realize the people inside the building need to be taken care of as soon as the people outside of the building

5+ employees sitting/standing around. Only two desk like tables clean others were littered with cheese, used sauce packets etc. employees on their phones and chatting each other up loudly in Spanish.
On the other hand, our order was perfect and delicious!

Have tried this taco bell twice and won’t be back. Seems like no manager is there or if so, needs to be fired. Floors dirty, tables dirty, bathrooms not clean with NO toilet paper. Ordered for 4 people which arrived in good time but cream cheese filled tiny churros were probably a week old…they were sooooo hard we couldn’t bite them.

I’m We paid over $2 extra for added chicken to this bowl. Not only did it arrive without extra chicken, it arrived with only 2-3 pieces of chicken at all. This is far from a chicken
bowl. Especially an “extra” chicken bowl. It’s more of a rice bowl. We would t have paid for extra chicken if we knew we were barely going to get chicken in the first place.

This is the second time I have had a bad experience at this location since they reopened. When I went in at 11am today (Sunday) almost all of the tables were dirty. Two people who came in after me also commented on this. The three items I ordered had about half the product on that I get at other Taco Bells. The taco was on the bottom with two other items put on top, so it was already broken. The chips were mostly broken and the nacho cheese cup was half full. The Pepsi tasted watered down even before the ice melted. There wasn’t any hot sauce so I had to ask for it. It took the girl another ten minutes before she came out to fill the container. Finally, the people who were working were loud and one young lady yelled “andale!” at the person preparing the food loud enough for me to hear in the restaurant, with the drive through window open three feet away.
