WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?
Is this place a front for some kind of other operation? I went in at 8:55pm tonight and there was 4 cars in the parking lot. The restuarant was empty on the customer side but there was 2 employees I could see working the food line. All of the equipment usually in a taco bell kitchen is not there and the kitchen is empty. I sat at the register for 5 minutes without being helped so I left.

I’ve been here 3 times within the last month as I come here every Thursday. First time I was missing a taco, second time I got an Uber Eats order that was entirely different and less than what I paid, third time was just tonight, got my order took a bite realizing this was the wrong order again. Pulled around and showed the guy. They took it into the kitchen took the food I didn’t bite but unwrapped and put it to the side and handed me the order. This is becoming too often of a trend

Whoever was working the window / orders at 10pm on 2/15 really isn’t fit for the job. Shaking as if he’s withdrawing, rude because he can’t hear through his headset for an online order name. Missing cheese for an order with chips and cheese. If you’re gonna be bad at your job at least be nice bru. This is usually my favorite 5 star late night taco bell but this was terrible

Came here tonight to get dinner… absolutely the worst experience, employees just standing around not helping anyone. They were super rude at the window. And then to top it off I get home after ordering a Cantina chicken taco and it was literally bare… there was literally 4 pieces of meat, no sauce no cheese nothing!!! When you order and pay for food you expect to at least get some quality in what you order!! This was awful and not worth my money at all!!!!

The staff and especially the manager at this location is SUPER FRIENDLY and their food is always FRESH and it’s ready within minutes of my order!!
Ask for the manager on duty and I am sure you will be PLEASED with her friendliness and her attitude to make sure your order is correct!!

This taco bell is terrible. The tacos that they served me today do not even have complete taco shells. Come on Taco Bell, have a little pride in your product. One of your employees hand prepared these tacos which means they knowingly gave me some of the crappiest tacos I have ever seen.

Looks like they remodeled this joint since the last time I was in, long before Covid shut the country down, and it looks nice. However, I’m not a fan of the “self-serve” operations that are prevalent among fast food shops these days.
No one managing the register, all order have to be made through the self-serve stand. My question is: if I’m doing all the work, shouldn’t I get a discount?
The employee who brought my food over was nice and had a good sense of humor, but that’s not enough for me to go back.
Also, they had WiFi bwith about 7M/bs down and half that up.
