Told us they had to drop extra crispy, it would take 20 minutes. We said ok and waited. After 25 minutes they came out to say they sold out of the extra crispy and have to give us original. Another 15 minutes food comes out, we drive home. Get home and missing Mac and cheese, 8 biscuits, and fries. Never will I ever return to this location, I can hit the Chinese buffet with the entire family for what I spent….

Evening manager was not very customer friendly. Should have seen the red flag with the no refunds sign on the counter. Seems as there might be some issues at this location. Women checking us out was extremely nice and tried to accommodate as best as she could. Manger seemed to create a hostile work environment for the other employees.

Ordered a 12 pc family meal that’s supposed to come with 3 pc of each cut and only got 1 drum and 2 wings 2 breast and 7 THIGHS!!! They did not let me know that they were out of anything just threw 12 pcs in the bucket and called it a day. Tried to call when I got home to serve my family their meal and no answer. Straight to voicemail every time. DO NOT GO TO THIS KFC ON WASHINGTON STREET!!!

I placed my order at 8:17 of 2 famous bowls 2 single cole slaws one green bean to the employee she told me price I pulled up to window she told me the amount again I paid with card she had me pull forward and said I will bring out as soon as I can 3 other customers came in after me one the employee handed out 2 big bags of food they left I left store at 8:27 granted only 11 minutes but not point 3 other customers got theirs before me I done paid and had to wait in the heat.
