I ordered the limited avocado ranch crispy chicken burrito and got zero crispy chicken, it was chicken that looked boiled. On top of that it’s a burrito and it came FOLDED yall… they had my burrito folded into a damn triangle. I wanted to try something that didn’t taste like the typical Taco Bell slop and they somehow made it go right back to the Taco Bell slop…. It really isn’t that hard to roll a tortilla and slap some chicken tenders in I promise you.

I went after 6PM. Outside lights weren’t on and two of us customers told the cashier but she didn’t seem to care – dark parking lot. I ordered a beef and bean burrito and received just bean but a guy from the line did add some beef to it.

Stopped by around 1:20 AM on October 6, 2025, and honestly this was the best Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. The girl on the drive-thru speaker was super friendly and upbeat which blew me away for being that late at night. The service was awesome, the food came out fresh, and it actually tasted better than any other Taco Bell I’ve been to. Big thanks to the crew working the night shift!

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. The staff at this location clearly care more about their drive-thru timer than they do about actual customers. I ordered through the app, drove over (which took a few minutes), and when I pulled up, the woman at the window told me to drive around and come back in 5 minutes just to protect their timer. There wasn’t even anyone behind me! When I said I’d just wait, she started arguing with me, insisting I hadn’t waited long enough—even though I literally had to drive there after placing the order.
I even offered to park so they could bring it out, but she flat-out refused, saying they had “too many mobiles” and “only three workers.” Then I got the so-called manager’s number, and his response was “Lo siento, no puedo hablar ahora.” Honestly, I doubt that was even the manager.
When I stood my ground and refused to drive off, I pointed out it was no different than ordering through the drive-thru in the first place. Her response? She told me to shut up as she closed the window. To make matters worse, when I finally got the food—it was wrong.
So let me ask: when does some corporate “timer” become more important than basic customer service and respect? If the staff can’t even step outside because it’s raining, then customers shouldn’t have to pay the price for that.
Bottom line: go elsewhere. There are Taco Bells that actually treat customers like people. This one is a joke.

I ordered through the application for pick up at 630 PM they had the order ready before hand. We got to the location at around 620 the order was ready and it was cold. The manager refused to talk to my wife cause he spoke no English apparently. I walked in and he tried not to talk to me as well saying “one moment” then I started speaking Spanish and he told me he wasn’t going to remake the food and refused to give me the corporate number. He said I had to go through the application for a refund. Everyone in the store refused to give me corporates number. They all just stood back behind the counter as you can see in the pictures ignoring us trying not to give us corporates number. I will never come back to this location. I need my money back for the order.

This is our preferred Taco Bell. We have two resturants both about the same distance from home. We always choose this one because they’re super fast and they get our order right.

This place is a MAJOR dump. My order has been messed up plenty of times. A couple of days ago I went to get one of my regular orders and I checked my bag just to make sure that everything seemed right. I have worked with fast food service for plenty of years. I understand that their is a time limit at the window. One of the rude cashiers, tall, Hispanic, light skinned with a beard told me to “have a good day” in the rudest most condescending way possible when I was looking at my order just to make sure. Mind you I took less than 5 seconds to check my order. I called the manager just so that I wouldn’t make a scene. The manager was really nice and helpful. If you don’t like your job maybe don’t work there. Such a rude person.

Let the pictures speak for themselves. Mexican pizza not edible. The drive thru girl was impatient. What isn’t wrong with this Taco Bell. Sad. Shouldn’t even have the name. Oh, I forgot to say “it’s a taco; how can you mess up a taco…7 tacos.” WASTE OF MONEY

This was the most pitiful pitiful bean burrito I ever had in my life they put a layer of beans about the size of my thumb in a tortilla and folded it up both of my burritos were made the same way. the first photo shows the first bite. the 4th pic shows the second burrito made the same way. The taco I got was only filled half with meat in the shell was broken in three spots.

Yet another Taco Bell where you can stand at the counter right by the mobile order pick up being completely ignored for a long time while your order is hidden behind the counter the entire time. I finally got my order 12 minutes late after multiple employees walked right up to me, one of them on her iPhone, completely ignoring me. Photo to show how “busy” they were. Today’s experience is nearly every single Taco Bell in the Denver metro area and it is unacceptable.
