I went through the drive thru here last Friday and they forgot to return my card. I called to ask if they had it, and they did. Upon checking my bank statement, someone made an additional charge to my card while in their possession. Given there is no dine-in option here, it’s likely one of their employees made an extra charge on my debit card. I’m going to dispute it with the manager at Taco Bell as the said to come back with a bank statement after the charge was “posted” since it read pending. It’s posted and I’m upset. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first Taco Bell this has happened at.

Managers don’t care about customers, they care about getting orders out quick, probably get bonus for quick service because they compete with other stores. But thats how mistakes happen. Yes, they do have bathrooms but managers close them as “out of order” just to not open them. Managers are rude to employees, they just yell at them often and don’t help as needed.

Honestly the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. It’s literally the newest one in EP and they just don’t care. Always screwing up the orders, giving cold food, cheese that’s hard. They didn’t even have the decency to tell me that they didn’t have Baja blast because when I ordered it and brought it home, it tasted like straight up club soda. I ordered from DoorDash and they’ve forgotten my fries or part of my order. I order a Baja blast another time and they bring me a freeze. I definitely would not recommend to anyone, I’d tell ‘em to go to any other location.

Came for breakfast and it was super good and the staff was sweet and nice. All the people in reviews saying they have low meat in their stuff don’t realize that taco bell has a set ammount per item and it makes them look dumb. Great overall would recommend the new location

We went for our very first time this morning and they have great customer service! They forgot one item on our order and I made a phone call, they apologized right away and offered me a meal. They simply forgot 1 item and replaced the item with a meal. They are awesome! Great experience.
