I should have read the reviews. They are spot on. Listen don’t complain if you read the reviews and still visit this place. Horrible!!!! The food was greasy, cold and tasted horrible. I felt like I was station back overseas in a third world country eating. I can’t believe this place is still open!!! You’ll come out better getting pizza fron RaceTrac!!!!!Beware!!!

Doesn’t even deserve a star. This is how my pizza came when I opened it. This is unacceptable and shows they do not do quality checks. I tried to call the store and goes to a voice mail not set up. I called and talked to someone who transferred me to be put on hold and then transferred back to the selection screen. It is doubtful I will order from here again.
Follow up I of course complained online and get the response below and no surprise they never contacted me. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store and go to Dominos instead.

My pizza order was made incorrectly, I had to wait for them to remake it . It was inconvenience to have to wait , manager/employee did not offer courtesy discount or replacement for next time poor management. second pizza had no sauce taste horrible.

So I ordered a pizza for delivery and had the absolute pleasure of having a manager deliver it, I think his name was Douglas. Anyways, shortly after I ordered it, I heard a crash outside and ran out to find a school bus on fire outside of my house! Right then, Douglas pulled up with my pizza and without putting the pizza down, ran onto the bus multiple times and pulled all the kids to safety! He never put the pizzas down because he wanted them to be hot still when he was done saving the children. He used the bus fire to keep my pizzas hot y’all!!! In honor of this man, I am renaming all 6 of my kids Douglas. Thank you Doug, and thank you Pizza Hut!

The food is fine but the place is an operations disaster. I have had to cancel my order twice after it was more than an hour late and then they couldn’t tell me how much longer it would take. Regardless of a future order, delivery, or pickup- it will be late if they make it at all. The lobby is usually full of pissed off customers. Go to a different location

We visit this store frequently and am extremely unimpressed the last few times. We ordered tonight, I walk in and no one acknowledged me for 2-3 minutes, which I don’t mind, if it’s busy and you’re understaffed, but one person was sleeping, one was washing their hands and then seemed to turn the opposite direction to purposely not have to acknowledge me, another was pulling pizzas off of the oven, which were ours. Pizzas were undercooked and bbq pizza hardly had bbq. Kids were disappointed but we put the undercooked one in the air fryer.
On another order a few weeks ago, we ordered 2 hours in advance for delivery of 5 pizzas. Order was almost 45 minutes late. Their driver no showed and instead of letting us know they called for door dash. Again, I understand, but communication.
We will more than likely stick with Papa John’s moving forward. This store seems to really struggle with customer service and our experience lately hasn’t been the best.

Fell way below expectations – This pizza hut was very behind. The app said that my pizza was ready to pick up, but they had not started my order yet. I ordered a supreme, a meat pizza, and a pepperoni with cheese crust. The crust was very thin and appeared to be partially cooked. The supreme pizza was missing a couple of toppings. Nothing tasted right. This was the last straw for pizza hut. I’m not ordering again.
