We came to this Taco Bell to grab some lunch while waiting for an appointment, used their app to order the cravings box which they do not offer in store for the price of 5.99 in store it’s like 9.00 we grabbed two cravings box for less than $13.00 walked in to sit to eat, the food came out quickly. The food was nice and hot, restaurant was clean. I would say this place was worth eating here.

I was waiting on my sister to meet me and she was taking an unusually way long time, the manager came over and told me that if I didn’t order something she would ask me to leave. Then another employee said I was there the night before, which is true, but said that I was there an unusually long time and didn’t order anything and also said that I shaved in the bathroom and didn’t clean up. I then produced my receipt from the night before showing that I had eaten there and if you look at me you will see that I have not shaved in many years. So I left that establishment and probably won’t return because there are at least five other taco places in the immediate area that are all probably better than Taco Hell.

I’m so disgusted with this establishment, I went there tonight and ordered 3 BEEF CHULUPAS WITH NO TOMATOES NO SOUR CREAM, I paid $11.01 ok simple rite well nope I get home and all three CHULUPAS have sour cream I call the store to talk to the manager she says she will remake my order blah blah blah, so I drive back they replace my order keep my receipt of course they did rite, I get home and tell me why my order is wrong again, this time it has no tomato and no sour cream but they gave me CHICKEN CHULUPAS INSTEAD OF THE BEEF THAT I ORDERED!!!! So I had to call back and ask for a refund this time cause how many people does it take to get a simple chulupa order rite??? I had to drive back up there to get my refund and I will NEVER VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN! Sad thing is I love taco Bell but this just ruined it for me and I just moved to Lubbock shame!!!

The only thing that can ruin taco bell is crappy workers. This place has great workers! Was delicious as taco bell should always be. Recommend for anybody with the munchies looking for a nice treat and a good cold drink!

Literally had a long piece of hair in my drink… after I already took a sip of it… I’m disgusted & probably will never go back… that’s very unsanitary for somebody hair to be falling in the drink just imagine the food. I’m literally grossed out

7:23pm. 5/30/25. I witnessed a trash bag being waved outside the drive through with window with garbage in it for the 2nd time, causing me to question the cleanliness of the establishment. I decided not to take my order but instead of ask for management. When asking for the manager I was met with a rude abruptive tone, told to leave and I wouldn’t be given a name of the manager approving this act. The manager has completely refused to speak or give his name, throwing his hands around asking me to leave the establishment after going inside to speak. Proceeding to follow me out to my vehicle taking photos.. an insulting and riveting experience.Taco Bell… Don’t let workers like this make their own rules and talk to customers as they please. Thankyou. I’ll be following up with district. Attached is a photo of said manager
