Mexican pizza with 2 soft tacos and 2 orders of cheese fries. Lady forgets to ask what drink I wanted with my meal I had to ask if she got that as a meal and she says “Yeah, what did you want to drink?” Told her a sprite “Is that it!?” I replied yes that would be it. “Would you like to round up for .. I told her no, not today” she then put it on my total.
Which I was totally fine with. When I get to the window I pay they give me my food she is having attitude takes her headset off after I had said I didn’t know if you heard me so no but it is fine. The other girl take over I asked if this is how the cheese fries come she says yes with attitude rolling eyes and shaking her head.
FOOD Looks like this !!! TERRIBLE SERVICE & FOOD!!!’n

I orders three tacos and beef loaded nachos. for starters i asked for no sour cream and they put sour cream on it. when i asked SPECIFICALLY for 10 sauces each they told me no i had to go inside the building to get more. if that was the case I would have walked in an ordered no gone through the drive through. I recognized the stores are not all the same but how come you are the ONLY store that makes the customers walk in for sauce.

I ordered my food and by the time I got there they had it ready for pickup it was nice and warm and everything was included nothing was forgotten. Everybody including my picky son liked what they got I even got extras on the hot sauce and on the napkins which is a big deal since I have kids thank you for the dinner

I just got home from Taco Bell and this is what I got for a Cantina Bowl. I’m very disappointed that this was not made as it shows on the menu. Employees really need to work on their knowledge and skills. Maybe next time I will get what I actually ordered correctly

Ordered a couple bean burritos and the beans were super dry, sucks but okay. The nacho cheese tasted expired. The water though, tasted HORRIBLE! salty and gross!! Please get that checked before someone gets sick!

I ordered Doritos locos tacos from the store on Washington today & was so disappointed & frustrated. I kid you not when I say I got a taco shells with a sliver of meat, a few pieces of lettuce & cheese…not just one but all three tacos. I might fill one shell if I combined all ingredients into 1 taco. With gas prices as they are I had to drive back & get refund by a rude manager that didn’t even apologize, treated me like I made those tacos & wouldn’t give me her name so I could attach it to my complaint. I know you get what you pay for but….nah not right at all

I never get a correct order here. The tacos are always upside down in the bag and spilling out. They only put a small blob of meat in the CENTER of the crunchwraps too, which makes it flavorless and dry. They ALWAYS forget food and I have to end up going back and just giving up on the whole ordeal.
