I went thru the drive thru for one crispy taco. The person who took my order said it would be $2.15. I paid and was charged $3.00. I thought that they were charging for 3 pkgs of hot sauce. When I looked at my receipt, they had rounded up my total without even asking me. Perhaps $0.85 isn’t anything to complain about but it’s the principle of the thing that I was not asked, they took it upon themselves to do so. I won’t be going there again.

You can always count on this Taco Bell to be open when everywhere else is closed and to get your order wrong. Seriously, I have never once received an order that was completely correct. And it’s not just missing items. I’ve received entire extra meals and, on more than one occasion, a completely different order than what I asked for.
Coming here is basically a fun little gamble to see what I’ll end up with and whether I overpaid or underpaid for what I received. On the bright side, the staff is pretty chill. But hey, you don’t choose your Taco Bell. When you’re drunk at 2 a.m., your Taco Bell chooses you. And this is my Taco Bell. 3 stars.

My family has started getting food here after church. Isaac has been in the drive-thru, and he has the best customer service. He always has us laughing and provides the best customer experience. His service makes this Taco Bell stand out among the rest!!

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to.
Ordered from the Kiosk and selected to pay with cash. Nobody was at the front register. I assumed they’d prepare my meal and I’d pay for it when it was done. Nobody ever came to the counter. I waited nearly FIFTEEN MINUTES. Finally, I spoke up and got someone’s attention. He just told me to use the kiosk and I had to tell him that I already ordered and was waiting for someone to take my payment. Finally just paid and it has been 17 minutes since I placed my order. Adding a picture of what it looks like. Nobody at the front at all. Ridiculous.

Customer service was good. I placed my order on the TacoBell app, assuming that I would get fresh tacos. I assumed wrong! 1 out of 3 tacos looked sad with brown lettuce and a soggy taco shell.

the app put a hold on my card then errored without placing the order twice so I had no money left for lunch and the hold is still there so I don’t get dinner tonight either. fix the app release my funds and give me free food to make up for it because today sucked because of you and I am going to bed hungry because of you great job sarcasm make it right not kidding. tried to contact support but I cannot without a order number how can I have an order number when you took my money without placing an order so instead or support contacted you earned a review. bad job taco bell shame on you

On the night of 12/1/25 around the time of 2400 one of the male employees on the drive thru microphone had the audacity to make a comment when ordering saying “oh my god” when asking 2 questions about the menu, which was utterly rude and disrespectful. We instantly left as we felt a bother to them and they lost our business from now on.

Ordered 3 orders of nacho cheese fries. After getting the order, I noticed it was 3 orders of regular fries. Tried to go inside but the dining room was locked even with signage saying it is now open. Called in to be told that they are out of seasoning. Would have been great to know before ordering.
