Slow service & they always skimp on the Carmel !!!! I pay for extra Carmel for a reason, iced Carmel macchiato tast like milk, no Carmel !!! You would think thy would have gotten it together by now, but they do not care. Carmel drizzles on the lid ♀️

This place recently changed their hours and are closing early now at only 7pm. I’m really not surprised. I actively avoid this location because they take so long. Numerous times they would just lock the door during the middle of the day and only take drive through, regardless of if you placed pick up for in-store. This one girl in particular would give me attitude constantly and was always unprofessional.
If they don’t want this location to suffer, they should train the employees better, improve efficiency and maintain a fully staffed workday. Every Starbucks is like 5 minutes from eachother. It’s no problem at all for us to avoid one location and drive an 5 extra minutes .

If I could give no stars I would. I waited in line for an hour then when I reached the window to pay it took the guy a while to open the window which almost made me go inside to get my drinks. I used to work for Starbucks so I understand there being a long wait which I was trying to have patience but he could have at least acknowledged/apologized for the wait. One of my drinks was one of the frozen drinks that looked nothing like the picture. Completely disappointed in my visit.

I came at 7:30 AM. There was already a line at the drive through. I wanted to go inside but it was dark inside the door was locked and the chairs were on top of the tables. Around 8:00AM a young lady came to open the door. Online it shows this location open at 5:30 AM. I didn’t get anything because there was only 1 person and the line was too long.

Very dirty outside, no clean up, (the dried strawberries have been there since at least yesterday idk about the cigarette butts and chip crumbs) Peet’s was always clean or being cleaned when I was there, here it’s so trashy outside, inside at least they clean and fix the bathrooms efficiently albeit the sewage issues. Good Wi-Fi and air conditioning, was disappointed to find they did not sell cups of water/changed their policy on water to selling bottles, this location is in the desert of California which is pretty much everywhere, not fair to up charge customers for basic needs like water , just saying. I know it costs money but let’s be for real ️. Also their lobby closes at 6 pm for to being”short staffed” yet they remain open, their food trash is sloppy and hanging out over the garbage can always. I thought they donated that?

Good service, just a bit small, the line can end up out the door quick because of the short line space, but all together it’s a good place. Carrie’s all the typical drinks as well as the seasonal when appropriate.
