Good prices and not too bad food. The sauces are too vinegary for me, but the avocado sauce is good, however, they charge for it. The worker spoke so fast over the order box, I could not understand him. It’s because they have a timer to make sure they meet time goals. This is terrible. Not the employee’s fault, but management’s.

There is zero communication bcuz no one speaks English!! Plus they are super young so they simply don’t want to help you at all. Don’t expect them to speak to you or explain anything. Taco Bell has their amazing menu but doesn’t have managers that are present or an employee that is willing to actually greet you or help you at all. The kiosk is your only help. Great location, store has a sense of “creepy atmosphere “ At times also. Shady people love Taco Bell & that’s not anyone’s fault. This location simply needs a good team that can communicate.

I went to Taco Bell tonight and from the picture you can tell I am not pleased. My first question is where is the damn meat. I took my food back up there and spoke to the manager on duty and he told me that’s all the meat that is suppose to go in there. For 9 dollars you tell me I’m suppose to eat bread and sauce. Nah I’ll pass. So I ask for a refund and he politely obliged.

These Taco Bell employees need better training on how to properly wrap a burrito. Everytime I order a burrito it is the same outcome. It looks like someone hammer punched the burrito before serving this mess to me. Again please work on giving 5 Star service.

We pulled into the drive thru and were told we would be helped in just a couple minutes by a man. A couple minutes later, a woman comes on, and before announcing she’s there, she snaps at me to stop laughing with my sister and to order. After this she went silent and mysteriously disappeared, and the first man returned. I believe he’s the same one that ended up handing us our food, and he is definitely not included in this low review. He was very helpful and pleasant, and clearly well-versed in customer service. Anyway, we received the food and it was some of the worst quesadillas we’ve ever had from this location. They were drenched in sauce, almost completely lacked cheese, and were not cut, but absolutely mauled. Other than the sufficient man, this experience was horrible.
