Cholon is another popular downtown spot duplicated in the Denver Airport – is a rare airport dining gem. The food is creative, flavorful, and far above typical terminal fare. The standout are the signature French Onion Soup Dumplings—unique and comforting. The edamame is indescribable and the tamarind sauce balances out the bold flavor. Service is quick and hit or miss – better at the bar, and the atmosphere feels calm and polished, even amid airport chaos. Whether you’re on a layover or heading out of town, Cholon is absolutely worth the walk to the end of Terminal C.

I’m still chasing that soup dumpling high. That moment where there is an unexpected eruption in your mouth, and you are filled with warm comforting goodness. The airport location is a facsimile of the original but for an airport it’s amazing. The cocktails are fun exciting and unique. The staff represents the brand well as artisans of their craft.

I had a longer layover so decided to sit down and relax before going to my gate at Denver Airport. I ordered Chicken and Vegetable Lo Mein. It was really good and the flavor was yummy. There were a lot of veggies, a few pieces of chicken and some noodles.
I would have loved to give 5 stars, but when you pay $7.00 more to add a protein to the already $23.00 charge just for the Vegetable Lo Mein, and you got maybe 7-8 small pieces of chicken and hardly any noodles, it doesn’t warrant 5 stars.
If you don’t mind pricey then give it a try. Even with the amount of noodles and chicken you won’t be disappointed.

I’m always skeptical of high prices. Is this going to be a mediocre meal with jacked up prices? The answer is a definitive No at Cholon in Concourse C at DIA. The Pad Thai serving was big – I couldn’t finish. I added chicken – and it was real chicken not this crappy mushy strips, and there was chicken throughout not just a few pieces on top. Lots of bean sprouts and green onions. Really really good. Worth the price. I am now ready for my journey.

Came out super hungry out of the airport and for me there are always so many options! I usually ask the workers opinions for favorites. I stopped by here because the (2) ladies that were up front gave me an amazing options, I didn’t catch the first persons name, but Aubree gave my 3 options; smash burger, pai Thai or the lo mien. She was super kinda and honest! She ended up being my server and she was very informative with the menu and all the questions I asked! I got the chicken lo mien with the Edamame app. This was a top notch early lunch. The edamame was perfect, ended up using them in my lo mien. Food was hot, flavorful and just amazing! Aubree was always showed at the perfect time and she was very genuine with everyone! Everything went perfect! Will most definitely come back to try those pancakes in the future and I hope Aubree will be my server again!

The BEST food I’ve ever had in an airport and I’ve traveled a lot! Airport food rating: 10/10..and a 8/10 across the board. Amazing! And the staff was equally as phenomenal!

Pad thai does not taste like pad thai at all. $30 for that small bowl with chicken you’d expect it to taste decent. Water served to you is lukewarm with no ice. smash burger was not really a smash burger more so just a thin patty. Ordered the sorbet and it was hard and served with canned fruits.

Had a wonderful meal here before our flight. Service was kind, quick, and attentive, while the food was appropriately priced for the airport and was well timed for traveling customers. The Vietnamese breakfast sandwich was absolutely delicious. I’ll be stopping back in here before all my flights at DIA!

I was seated with a great host and seated quickly at first, but unfortunately it took the waiter 10 minutes to greet me and take my order (I totally understand if it was busy, but it wasn’t as it was 9pm). There was another guest next to me who arrived a few minutes after I did. Unfortunately, the waiter checked in with that guest more times than with me. I often times don’t want to assume it’s because of my race, but there clearly was a difference in treatment.
I ordered the pad thai, which was okay. Good tangy taste and the food were hot. The host even brought me chopsticks.
Once I was almost done with my food, they seated a (what seems to be a past co-worker on the other side of me). That’s when the waiter completely started ignoring me (while still serving the other guest on the other side of me) and started just talking to the previous coworker. The host and the manager also came over and all started talking loudily next to my table, and that was my final straw, and I had to leave. The manager was also being snobby at me as I was using the port to charge my phone.
I had finished my food before the other guest, but the other guest received her bill first. Service was not great, especially if you expect folks to pay $31 for a pad thai dish.
I heavily regret spending money and time here. The only decent thing was the food and the host at the beginning. I would not recommend this place to anyone, despite it being one of the only asian cuisines in the airport.

Had a 1.5 hour layover in Denver and stopped by ChoLon for dinner. The food was super tasty. Definitely recommend the cucumber salad, the Bahn Mi, and the cheesecake. Friendly and welcoming staff!
