I got in line for food at 3 AM after a long night of working.
At 3:20 I hadn’t moved in line because service was moving so slowly. I figured it would be wise to submit my order on the app so that when I got to the window my food would be ready to go.
At 4 AM, I was behind a car giving their order at the intercom. I pulled up and said hi I’m here to pick up an order for Lauren. No reply.
I pulled up to the window to explain that I was picking up my order that had been submitted a long time ago. No one cared.
I sat and waited hoping someone would just hand me the food I already paid for and instead I was laughed at. No one cared to ask me why I was waiting, they mocked me when I waved my hands to try and get their attention. At 4:30 I finally gave up and left. Its unbelievable

I’ve been coming to this particular location for about 10 years starting around the late part of 2014 when I lived in Florida when me and my family were looking for a place in the area. In the span of those 10 years the service was always on point with very polite staff. They’ve only MINORLY messed up my order one time by forgetting some sauce or something maybe a year ago but I refuse to let that detract from the rest of the experience. I am also impressed this location has kept its overall theme vs because a boring block like all of the other locations that are being built or remodeled. One thing I do miss is the funky art prints they had in the dining area and if I remember correctly the metal cutout of the Taco Bell bells. But other than those few minor things, I love coming to this location and I hope the great service and polite staff are here to stay

The gentleman at the front was super sweet! I asked if he would help me order on the kiosk cause I just simply felt lazy after working a long shift today. He was eager to help with such courtesy and patience. The young lady that handed me my order was also courteous and thanked me and told me enjoy and have a great night. I ordered 2 Quesaritos and they were perfectly made and very satisfying! I’d DEFINITELY recommend this Taco Bell!

I ordered on the app and ate inside the Taco Bell. The food took quite awhile to be prepared and I only had two items. Both the inside and drive-thru weren’t very busy, unless they had a lot of mobile orders. But, it didn’t seem like they had many mobile orders either. The food was good – I had two Double Decker Tacos since they were back for a limited time. Everything was alright – just wish the food had been ready a bit faster.

My pick up order was mysteriously missing. It took a while to resolve it with the crew due to how busy they were. In the end, though, they were able to resolve the issue by making my order again. It tasted delicious!

Jordan and Jay are amazing! Super friendly, hardworking, and made the experience great with their positive attitudes and excellent customer service. Definitely a reason to come back to this Taco Bell!

The food is always good but wish the meat portions on the tacos came with a little bit more especially with the prices going up. The service is fast and great the food is always fast.

I can’t believe this is one of the few good taco shops in San Marcus, and this is why.
I had friends over and my wife and I had just gotten off work, we needed something to eat but only a few places stayed open late Long story short Taco Bell ruined our 60-dollar dinner and made it uncomfortable to get the order corrected. I not only got the bare minimum only what needed to be corrected but because they took 78 minutes to do it by the time I got home to eat my meal was soggy and ruined. (this is why I argued for a refund instead? ) their excuse for not giving a refund was that the supervisor would be upset about giving a refund on such a large order, while on the other hand remaking my whole meal was apparently a huge issue as well.
