The absolute worst Taco Bell in Austin and surrounding areas. Food was cold, chalupa shells were harder than a crunchy taco. Sauce was disgusting and separated. Everything was stale and old. Also they charged me for potatoes in my cantina bowl and I never got them. Go to the one in Hutto, don’t waste your time here.

9:18 AM, I pulled up to the drive through for my pick up order, and might I say it was the most UNCOMFORTABLE situation ever. The window opens, no “hi how are you”, the window could have even stayed closed! Instead the woman at the window proceeds to talk about her relationship and actively dump her personal business, including her SEX LIFE to me even after I let her know I have an appointment and need to go. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCOMFORTABLE EXPERIENCE EVER.

Absolute worst attitude ever. A kid named Justin B (wearing some sort of pink bunny costume)was the worst part of it. Tells us to order when ready, we start ordering and be interrupts us and says “what? Are you guys ready to order?” And all the “what else?… what else….? What else….?” Over and over again. Forgot one of my items so we went back to get it. Rude once again. I mean HORRIBLE attitude. When we got home I open my crunchy taco (the forgotten item) to find this slimy stuff on my taco. Threw it in the trash. Didn’t know what it was but looked disgusting. The rest of the food wasn’t so good too. He also said something smart once we were pulling off, didn’t bother to stop and see what he had to say. Will never go back to this location ever. Nasty attitudes.

This Taco Bell has really fallen in the time we’ve been in round rock(2yrs) but this visit was the cherry on top! The lady at the window had rude body language and seemed as if we were a inconvenience ordering with them. Everything was ice cold not even warm at least. The cheese was not melted. The chicken chipotle melts had one single piece of chicken (on all but one),the chicken quesadilla was just like everything else nearly no chicken and cheese was not melted(ice cold), and the beef bean burrito was ice cold with lots of tortillas and hardly any beef, beans and cheese. This was hands down worse experience I’ve had at a Taco Bell. I don’t know what’s going on with this store but the GM needs to get a handle on this, or corporate/franchise needs to take a peak in cause this is ridiculous.

My husband is suffering from food poisoning throwing up over a dozen times. We know it was taco bell because he was the only one out of the household to eat there. I’m 31 weeks pregnant and if I would’ve eaten the food, I could very well be hospitalized right now, risking a premature birth. Safe food handling is important no matter the place of business.

I showed up at a slow time, with an abnormal request (two 10$ gift cards needing a much food as possible) the server was very helpful and kind. Even after I received my order the staff was attentive and helpful.
