Customer service here is absolutely horrible. Rude, dismissive, and unwilling to be patient with customers. I understand that food service, especially fast food can be grueling. It sucks, it’s high stress, I work in this industry myself but the passive-aggressiveness here is pretty astonishing.
Me and my girlfriend have gone here on multiple occasions, as it’s close to our place. Each time, we are always patient, even if the food takes long. It’s taco bell, it gets busy and is obviously pressuring considering how many orders they get even late night.
Every time we come in for an online order via drive-thru, drive thru employees are always passive-aggressive and rude no matter what. There was an issue back in January of this year where our online order didn’t genuinely process, and the employee is almost yelling at us as we are struggling to see what is going wrong. No help, no patience. Just getting angrier as we attempt to troubleshoot a problem we did not understand ourselves.
It’s a repeat problem that employees are often very awful. Which again my heart goes out because it’s a hell of an industry but it’s not justified to be as cruel as they have been the dozens of times I’ve went either by myself or with a friend.
3/4/25 at 12AM was truly a final straw. I did a doordash order, got through to the drive through, explained I was here for a doordash order. I was trying to pull up the customers full name, in which the employee keeps repeatedly saying the name of the “only doordash order they had” ??? Almost getting hostile. When we finally got up to grab the order, it was handed to us carelessly and as we attempted to say “have a good night” we got the window closed aggressively on us.
I’d rather go further and stop at the taco bell on 183 than ever have to deal with that again. There’s no reason for this behavior especially so unwarranted.
If you want unwarranted hostility and lack of patience; this would be the place for you.

Rice in the chicken cantina bowl was hard and cold; Likely old. The cashier was very rude. The cheesy roll-ups were given to us in cold ingredients (picture provided). Never going back again, it’s not worth it. Our visit was on Saturday night, October 18th around 9pm.

For the last several years, Every. Single. Time. I eat here, (once every 3-4 months) I’m reminded why I eat somewhere else. It’s TacoBell, so the food quality is ‘meh’, but it’s the prices and portion sizes that really let me down.
The different nacho offerings have gotten significantly smaller.
The taco meat is ground so fine it’s almost paste, meaning they’re disguising what part of the cow the meat is from.
To get the same amount of meat as one would get several years ago, one has to order extra meat.
Ordering extra onions MIGHT result in getting extra onions.
There’s no flavor at all to the tomatoes.
The staff at this location is really hit-or-miss. Sometimes, they’re great. Sometimes it’s like they’re doing you a favor by taking your order.
I don’t think I’ve ever been to this location and not had to clean the table I’ve sat at.
Hard shell tacos are almost always broken, and the last couple times I’ve gotten nachos, the chips were all busted up like they were from the bottom of the bag.
I used to spend so much money at TB… I don’t spend in a year what I used to spend in a week. They’ve fallen so far.
Taco Cabana and La Tapatia, about 3 miles south are better options.

This location is as bad as the one on Hero Way. Went here at lunch time around 1pm and ordered two regular tacos, they were cold and shells were stale. I asked for extra hot sauce and Van only gave me two or three packets, she shut the drive through window and I waited until she came back, I asked for more and she gives me 2 more and I like can I have a few more and she rolled eyes and her attitude popped! No hello, no thank you and no good bye! If these people don’t like their jobs go find something that you are happy doing! It was a waste of $4 dollars. The owner needs to hire better managers and then better employees! One taco only had cheese and the other barely any meat! Pathetic! Do better for your customers.

EXTREMELY SLOW service! I waited nearly 20+ minutes in the drive thru line. After waiting, I was finally able to get out of the drive-thru and left without paying or getting my food just due to the wait time and bad service alone. Hire better staffing

I ordered a strawberry drink. Waited for 5 minutes. There was no line. I went up to the counter, and rude old lady told me to go back and that they don’t make orders out of turn. Came back 10 minutes later and a different worker gives me a different drink because they were out of the strawberry one. If you’re out of something, delete it off the kiosk. Don’t recommend. Leave immediately if you see this woman

I’m not sure how they do it but I’ve never had a bad experience here. The staff is friendly and FAST. Service with a smile and honestly better than other places I’ve been too in the same complex.
