Fourth time. Ordered a “cheesy BEAN and rice burrito”, they added BEEF to it. The ineptness of workers at this branch amazes me. Wish there was another location close by. Corporate does not respond and franchise doesn’t care either. Location needs to be shut down.

Third time! Ordered a “BLACK BEAN grilled cheese burrito”, a standard menu item – no substitutes – for my pregnant wife. Made the trip, and even ripped the burrito open outside of the drive thru; it seemed fine. Came home and she bites into it only to find beef inside it. Whoever is running this franchise, Taco Bell corporate should take their license away or fire the illiterate employees that work here. If I’m paying for my food, I at least expect it to be made right, even if the employee does not feel like working.

I have had it with this location of Taco Bell. This is the second time they have put beef in my burrito when I clearly selected black beans due to dietary restrictions. Sad part is, either I rip open the burrito while I’m in the drive thru to ensure the staff did their job right or I go home, bite into it and then drive back to get them to do their job right. Either way I lose. The staff needs to be trained better to make sure the customer esp with dietary restrictions or allergies get their order correct, otherwise they’ll end up in the ER. And no one will take the responsibility of screwing up the customers’ life.

I went in and ordered food to go and while waiting for my order I saw one of the employees that was making the food get a napkin and started picking up smushed meat or something from the floor then proceeded to clean off the bottom of his shoe and started making tacos without changing his gloves. I asked the girl employee if she could have him change his gloves and advised her what happen she had attitude and just told him to change them walked away from me. She asked if I took a picture of her I said no and she again gave me attitude and was being rude. I asked for a refund and asked who the manager was she said it was her, I asked for her name which she said it was Rocio but the refund receipt had the name of Selena S. So I’m not sure if she was lying. This was unacceptable and I have the time and video of when it happened so they should pull camera footage. Those people need to be fired that is a health risk and my kids could have gotten sick. And she as a manager had no shame and was unapologetic. I will be reaching out to corporate and the health department.

The ground beef smelled pretty odd.. like rancid.. was only able to take 2 bites because I was afraid of getting sick… We said no sour cream, yet sour cream was added.. 5 layer burrito was just beans & beef? Not sure if we can call that a 5 layer… the only good thing was the cinnamon twists..
definitely not worth $30…

This place reminds me of the new McDonald’s in Georgetown. Employees are confused on every single question, service slow, and nobody around.

Placed a mobile order, I walk in, wait about 5-6 minutes, never acknowledged but the way. Two employees that are making orders act like they don’t see customers walking in. I finally get their attention and the guy asks me if I’m at the right location lol.

He grabs another coworker from the back she comes up front and FINALLY starts working on orders then another pops out and starts working.

Stop being so lazy because y’all have those kiosks. You still have a job in customer service.

Its taco bell, you know what you are getting. This place has touch screens and you have to order youself. This location always is empty mostly serving drive through traffic so it always feels empty when you go inside with another person here or there picking up an order or dining in. It looks clean probabaly since no one eats in there.

So exited to get a quesadilla… and I’m pretty sure queso is cheese but they didn’t put any queso in my dilla and I’m really sad. Just really shitty that they took my money for this BS. One star is too much.

There is been too many times with this location they have either forgotten a few of my items or made them completely wrong and all they give me in return is apology and what coupon for a free soft or hard shell taco. All you got to do is just do your job and get it correct I know food service is a terrible job but in the its a job get it correct. I love taco bell but lately its gotten pretty bad. Please get orders right next time its not a difficult job.

I was in this location the other day, even though I didn’t care about the wait time Mary Sanchez went above and beyond. She not only made my day with her kindness and friendly attitude but she did everything in her power to make me feel seen as well as accommodating to the misunderstanding. There is not a lot of Taco Bell locations I would recommend but I 100% stand by this store, especially if she is working. Thank you again Mary!
