I ordered the Jalapeño Pepper Jack Double Combo and was extremely disappointed. Based on the photo alone, you can clearly see how poorly this was prepared. The burger arrived barely warm, with dry patties and cheese that looks partially melted at best. The sauce is almost nonexistent and unevenly smeared, and the bun is dry with hardly any jalapeño.. instead of being properly dressed.
For a meal that costs nearly $20, this level of quality is unacceptable. This looks rushed, careless, and nothing like what’s advertised or what Freddy’s is known for. I grew up loving Freddy’s and have a lot of great memories of their food, which makes this experience even more frustrating. I hate that this is what’s representing their name now. I truly hope this location improves, because this was a letdown in every sense.

Food was really good even the fries were hot. They seem to shine in the area while others struggle. Really like the jalapeno pepper jack burger. I will definitely be getting one of those again. Oh and Roxxy Girl enjoyed the pup cup.

Freddy’s is my family’s favorite restaurant these days! The food is so good! A little on the expensive side but worth the money when we have it. The staff is super quick to help anyone at the counters and they’re friendly.

Filter your grease every morning. A day or two may have been missed. Everything was delicious but, instead of golden brown and crispy we were served brown and soggy fries and tots. The sandwiches, always on point. We’ll be back We like Freddy’s!

I ordered through DoorDash and selected no tomato no bun no seasoning. I even called the store and let them know about my severe tomato and gluten allergy and they assured me that everything would be fine and they would write my allergies on the bag, and told me that they would tell the cooks about my allergies. When It arrived, I took a bite and there was two huge slices of tomato in it. I went into shock. I called and she seemed upset with ME And said that this is a issue that should be resolved through DoorDash, even though 20 minutes before she answered my call and assured me that everything would be all right. I am extremely disappointed with this restaurant. I will be telling everybody I know in the gluten-free and allergy community not to go back to Freddy’s.

6 of us, our first time at Freddy’s. We arrived 15 minutes before closing . The guy taking the trash out relayed that they were still open. He and the cashier was attentive and displayed a very nice energy.
The problem came after we ordered. A female employee came and asked if we knew they were closing soon and that she would prefer we leave after we received our order and not eat inside the restaurant.
That would have been ok if the cashier had warned us about the fact the dining area would be closing soon, if we ordered it would need to be Togo!
The food was hot and exactly like we ordered. We appreciated that fact. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Hats Off to the Chefs!

Freddys brought the heat and smashed meat. Everything was Phenomenal! The Onion ring’s really good. It’s hard to find a good Onion Ring outside of a Mom and Pop Diner. The Burgers with special Sauce was super juicy and good with all the trimmings. The shakes and concrete very Milky and full of flavor. And the fry sauce compatible with any side or Burger. Customer service was Excellent. The Gentle men helped me switch some things around to suit our preferences and saved us a few dollars. Definitely Give Freddy’s a try. Sooooooo Good!!!!!

Honestly one of the better vegetarian burgers in town. I knocked 1 star because there’s no option to mark allergies on the app when ordering but if I don’t mark that I’ve had it where I can see the issue food was put on and then taken off before served.

Love this place I work next door so I eat it quite often, but Friday I ate there and I got food poisoning from there meat not being cooked all the way it’s been like this last few times even my mom said hers was still pink! Love this place very clean and employees are amazing!! Been trying to call nobody has been answering.

I got to run over someone else food in drive thru because the night time cashier dropped it out the widow and proceeded to say someone in The morning will pick it up or they won’t, and then apologized. I got finally get my food and then she immediately took it back because she handed me not my food! Everyone was laughing! Management in this town really needs help! And I work I fast food I would never act like that in front of a customer!
