I didn’t know Taco Bell had gone vegetarian.
First time there, and I ordered some chicken quesadillas and some crunchy tacos supreme to go. Once home, my daughter started complaining that the quesadilla had barely any chicken, but I thought she was just exaggerating. It was until I started eating my own quesadilla that I realized my daughter was right.
Then, I moved on to eat my tacos, just to be even more disappointed since the tacos came with very little meat. What’s happening to Taco Bell???
I’m definitely not buying anything at Taco Bell in Elsa again.

I love this Taco Bell first of all the people working here are always polite and respectful, they never get my order wrong and go above and beyond to customize my food which other places usually don’t want to do. And they aren’t skimpy with their food. I drive 18 mins each way just to go to this Taco Bell lol.

Literally no meat in the Crunchwrap’s we ordered and that’s cause my husband asked for extra chicken and a beef Crunchwrap and there was none. We had to go back and the remade ones were even skimpier! These employees make it seem as if they are the ones paying for whatever meat they put in. The night manager is blaming other city Taco Bell owners for the cause of this?!? Take accountability and do something this is a franchise Tacobell is ON ITS WAY DOWN in my opinion.

I’ve been going since they opened, at first I was questioning why there was never any meat in the tacos but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they just opened, recently I ordered 5 layer beefy burrito, except it was nothing but beans.., today I ordered Gordita crunch, I decided to open to see, there’s on little line of meat and stuffed with lettuce. For the amount of money they are charging, there should be more of a meat portion.

I did a mobile order and got there. Then some lady told me she couldn’t find my order and then she told me she found it. I got home with my “ORDER” and one of my tacos just had cheese, some lettuce and no chicken!

I went today October 12 at 4:00pm and I order a chicken bowl the service was not the best long waiting time and when I got my food it was all cold and the beans was all dry and they look like they were the last one they hade, I ask for fresh beens and they told to wait 30 minutes I mean you don’t take that much to open a can of beens and warm them up I’m sure that they don’t make them fresh they buy them in can ready to just warm them up.I’m sorry but I’m never coming back to Elsa Taco Bell I’m so disappointed with the service they hade I don’t know what the manager is doing but he is not doing a good job as I can see.

The food is good. It is made quickly. Online orders are ready upon arrival. However, many times so far, we order sauces online and ask in the drive-through on orders $50 plus. We still get no sauces, napkins, or straws. Other than that, it’s great.
