Recently dined at Jinghe Japanese Restaurant, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The ambiance is calm, clean, and inviting — perfect for both a relaxed dinner and a casual get-together.
The sushi was incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The rolls were well balanced.
Next time I’ll skip the suimais and crispy rice sushis altogether and instead have more of the maki tuna and maki salmon.
The service was attentive and friendly without being intrusive. The staff made sure everything was just right and were happy to offer recommendations.

Definitely the best AYCE sushi in Dallas. Quality was very good and their side dishes were also great. The spicy cucumber specifically is really good. The price point is steeper but the quality compensates.

The major downside was the service. They state a 90 minute order policy. I went with my family and after we finished our second round at the 45 minute mark, we were told that the third order would be our last call. Which clearly makes no sense as we have 45 minutes of eating left. After speaking to our waiter we were told we could squeeze in a 4th if we ate quickly. This similar interaction happened another time when I went with my girlfriend, and we were told the same thing with 30+ minutes of our service left. The service could really be a lot better, I didn’t enjoy being pressured through my meal especially when we weren’t even near the time limit.

Overall the food is great, the service however definitely needs to improve.

The sushi here was good overall, with fresh fish, solid nigiri, and nicely put together rolls. Presentation was clean and appealing, and everything we tried tasted consistent with what you would expect from a quality sushi spot. The service was also good, with friendly staff and food coming out at a reasonable pace.

The main downside was the all you can eat policy. It felt kind of annoying and confusing, with rules that were not explained clearly upfront. That made the experience feel more complicated than it needed to be and took away from enjoying the meal fully.

Overall, JingHe is still a good place for sushi with decent service and quality food, but the confusing all you can eat setup holds it back from being a higher rating.

Pleasantly surprised, worth $40!

I do not normally go to AYCE places but this one was worth the price and variety.

On a Thursday, mad busy. Luckily, we didn’t have to wait.

We ordered a bit of everything.

My top picks:
Yellowtail Hamachi
Salmon Yuzu
Toro
Steak Hibachi

Runner Ups:
Crispy Rice Apps – too much sauce (ask for less)
Eel – more char pls
Salmon belly – more char pls

The rest were solid. I didn’t really have a bad bite so if you can’t decide on what you want, this place would satisfy your most of your sushi cravings.

Went to this place for their all-you-can-eat sushi option. We were seated very quickly with no waiting time. Even though they were short-staffed that night, our orders were served promptly and all at once.
According to their rules, each person gets up to three rounds of orders, with up to 20 selections from the menu per round, which is plenty of food. The food quality was great—the fish was fresh, and the rice was nice and soft.
We will definitely go there again and highly recommend trying this place. The all-you-can-eat sushi menu is $39 per person.

This was our second time here. The first time was really good, so we decided to come again. For this second time, we ordered some items that ended up not being available at all but weren’t informed until followed up. Also, what was a bit odd was that they ran out of miso soup, when followed up, but a few minutes later, a table sitting next to us that came later received their miso soup.

Like some other reviews mentioned, we felt rushed as only about 60 minutes in, we were provided our check but had yet to receive items from the previous round.

I recently visited JingHe Japanese Restaurant, an AYCE sushi spot located at Mockingbird Station, after hearing a lot of recommendations from friends and clients. The vibe of the place is super chill, making it a great spot to hang out with friends or family. The ambiance definitely gets points for being casual and comfortable.

When it comes to the food, the quality wasn’t bad—it’s definitely edible and there’s a decent variety of, nigiri, sushi rolls and other dishes on the menu. However, for my family and me, it didn’t quite live up to the expectations we had. As a family that values the freshness and quality of fish, we found the sushi to be a bit lacking in that department.

If you’re looking for a fun, laid-back spot to grab a bite with friends or family, JingHe could be a solid option.

Wow wow wow is all I have to say. Came here at 11:30 on a Saturday morning to eat the $19.99 AYCE and I was blown away. I tried 11 different dishes and everything was fresh, flavorful, and delivered fast. I would recommend making a reservation as the restaurant was almost full by 12:30.

Highly recommend this place!!!

First time here, of course, and the food did not disappoint. Our table of three showed up at exactly 11:30 and in 15 minutes, it became super packed! We did the $39.99 all you can eat and we ate till we bursted! Their choices were plentiful and there was something for everybody! The service was absolutely delightful with their waiters are very attentive. The food came out a little slower than expected but I understand it being an all you can eat, food coming out at a steady to slow pace makes sense. Everything was super fresh and or super hot as if prepared to order. I would highly recommend coming here for a date or special occasions. They also have a $19.99 all you can eat which is more in people’s price range. That would be an everyday thing for me.

This is fantastic place for AYCE Sushi. The seafood is fresh and menu offers good choices for sashimi and nigiri. Good options for companions who are not into raw seafood. We didn’t not enjoy our meals as we thought. I am not sure if the long pause after the first few plates that took our appetite away. We are on the fence about a second visit.
