I haven’t been to Taco Bell in over a year. The Steak Poblano was a pleasant surpise—I came back for seconds. They also still have the Chicken Cantino Taco with the toasted Cheese on the outside of the shell … I loved that thing. The young lady today was pleasant to all customers. Great value.

the people there and the food was soooo good! unfortunately there was this one white girl there being extremely rude the whole time and it almost made me want to leave but fortunately the manager was so kind and understanding. we had paid for an order and right after the power had went out and if it had been up to the blonde girl she wouldve been pushing us out! terribly rude to everyone as well not even just us! there was a kind gentleman asking a question and she just had the rudest attitude. hopefully she fixes her attitude otherwise great food and service especially considering the circumstances with the power going out.

I ordered 5 items and they were only able to make 2 because they ran out of an ingredient. A thin blond worker was at the front counter and offered to replace the items or refund me. He was super respectful and nice. The service was a tad slow, though. Still a great experience.

Ordered late at night. Once at the drive thru, the worker notified me that they ran out of rice and that it would take 20 minutes to make. This being a “Mexican” based restaurant, how on earth do you run out of one of your main ingredients? We decided to waitfor the rice, but knowing that, why would you still hand us our drinks knowing we would have to wait for our meal? Please manage your restaurant better.
Update: it’s been almost an hour and I still have not gotten my food. Based on the reviews, it looks like management doesn’t care about complaints or delivering good service.

Great place to get their food. The staff are nice and work very hard. This place gets busy at lunchtime. I recommend ordering food before arriving through the Taco Bell app or call in. I, myself, ordered 30 minutes before my arrival, and I still had to wait an extra 30 minutes for my food. On the other hand, I did order during lunchtime. I didn’t know so many people came to this location at lunch. What a suprise! I recommend coming here after 1 or 1 :30 pm.

I am totally not happy with the experience I had ..The manger Linda talking to her was not good. I have being going to this location for years and never had a problem.
They forgot an item in my order and to top it off the manager bagged my order I only know that because she said she bagged it .
I am trying to have dinner with my family.

Came in the drive through around 10pm 12/11/25. My order was over $60 and I do not receive any sauces? I live far away and ordered for multiple ppl. When I called I was told I could come back for the sauce or go back another day. For sauces??? Absolutely ridiculous.

Opened the quesadilla bag. Wasn’t too upset it wasn’t cut, no big deal I’ll just rip in half. All good except there is a long, black hair in my food! So then all the little mistakes become big ones. My husband wanted just me and lettuce on his chalupas and hot meat and tomatoes. He ordered a taco the same way, and it came with everything on it. Every time we eat at this location it’s always an issue and the people are kind of rude. But that’s fast food for ya! Next time I’ll pay more, and just go to Chick-fil-A across the street.
