I remember now why stopped going to this Taco Bell 5 years ago, even though is less than 5 min from my home. The tacos I got were almost empty!!! Nobody wants to pay for food that doesn’t look like at all as advertised. What a steal!

Dine in Restaurant was clean. The fountain machine was leaking, though. The restrooms were very clean, and the air conditioning was perfect. It is a good space to get out of the sun and enjoy the food. Food-wise… it’s what is to be expected. It is affordable fast food and overall was great. I really liked the self check out option. So, I didn’t interact with almost anyone at the location. They do have outlets at some tables, so I was able to charge my phone while I ate.

So I frequent this location, because I live, so close. But over the last few times that I’ve ordered my food has been wrong every single time.
Today I asked him to double check in and make sure that it was made correctly before I leave to prevent me from having to return to the store. They said they made it correctly and handed me the box, but of course I get home, and my food is still not being correctly.
I think the management here should be ashamed of themselves, and I think the GM should definitely get better management.

The manager Ralph refused to serve me, says he was very rude. I never once to raise my voice at him. I told him, sir I called on Sunday because you guys made my order wrong, she said who did you talk to? I said I spoke to the manager. He said I need a name. I said I didn’t catch his name. Sorry about that. You don’t know who the general manager is who worked on Sunday he said no it’s not his job to know who works at his store on Sundays. It’s my job. It’s my responsibility to know who I talk to and he’s not gonna remake my order nor is he going to let me order new food so way to go Taco Bell

We just went and got the taco pack and it was disgusting. How do you give me a burrito with no meat, no nacho cheese, no sour cream, no nothing. It was so gross I spit the food out and threw the rest away all of the burritos you can see I didn’t even open them. What a waste of my money. The only thing edible were the crunchy tacos but they too only had lettuce and cheese and a tiny tiny bit of meat. I don’t think I’ll ever go back. Please do better. This location has gone down hill the last few months. Please don’t eat here. Go anywhere else. I’m sad that this used to be my favorite location. Not anymore. You have been warned

I ordered 3 tacos, one was ok the other two the shells were soggy and stuck to the paper. I threw both of them away. Very disappointed with my dinner. We also ordered a Mexican pizza and there was no sauce on it.
