Me my brother-in law and sister came here Sunday Jan 25th around 1:50 AM, we order our food and waited patiently. We understand they were busy and didn’t really care we just wanted food. When we got up to the window and paid they told us it was a wait on the meat. We had 2 options one to pull up and one to switch the meat. When we were making our decision my sister stated she didn’t really like the other meat. One of the employees who I assume was the manager didn’t like that statement. She started going off on us about the statement we were confused at first. Then she started saying that my sister’s “remarks are unnecessary” I was confused because how was my sister saying she only liked beef such a big deal. After her little tantrum we decided we wanted a refund. I understand they were busy and overwhelmed but that was extremely unprofessional behavior I am a fast food worker my self so I understand the overwhelming frustration. The other employees were perfectly fine it was just that one.

Typically the service here is pretty decent, however, our last visit was the worst!! Every single item was wrong!! The Power Bowl was missing black beans, had barely any steak, had the Pico that was supposed to be left off, it wasn’t even half full, and the Avocado Salsa wasn’t in the bag. The Chalupas were chewy and under cooked, had barely any meat, and instead of ez lettuce and tomato it was heavy – like a whole salad, same with both Soft Tacos. The 5 layer burrito had no cheese. The sour cream that came with the Nacho Fries was half empty.

Great drive thru experience! Ordered through the app. It was perfect and fast. Only a minute or two to make 4 tacos, a steak quesadilla, and a large Pepsi. Also, open after midnight when I get out of work a plus. Will be back!

Start working on educating your employees on how to read a placed order….. we never get the sauces we ask for. Then when we go back to ask about it they always say we need to remind their employees, I am not paid to remind your employees to do their job, besides if you remind them they get angry with you. What’s the point they get paid to be a jerk and not do their job and I get the crap end of the stick for wanting what I ordered. Weird how that works.
