This location has customer service issues. This trip was my third time to this location with the atmosphere nor service any better than when I spoke with a manager the last time. This location consistently has an empty parking lot and low number of customers dining in. I am unsure if the staff is over worked, but they are never friendly…like never. I know the last time I spoke with a manager on duty he did state that he has a few non English speaking employees, but that still does not negate friendliness. I would advice corporate management of this location to look into this location. It is well seated for better business…just needs the right staff.

This location is pitiful. Always cold fries, sodas watered down, burgers are sloppy and long wait. Go somewhere elseThere is no sense of urgency at this store. I waited 30 minutes for a curbside order. An employee had to ask if i had an order. He brought it out right after. The fries were almost cold and chicken nuggets soggy. If it came out that quick after the employee asking, my order had to have been sitting there for around the same time

This location has customer service issues And this restaurant as no Comedy sketch And concerns as yields and complicated it so very confused not sure not satisfied Terrible location. Restaurant is very dirty. And not going to fine that store any better just time Waited 15+ minutes for a carryout meal. An employee making was wearing a charm bracelet, and another employee wearing ear buds They messed up every item on my order.. but not how you’d expect. They made every item I ordered but put wrong ingredients making it seem intentional. For example, one of the items I ordered was chips and nacho cheese and ended up getting chips with a cup of shredded cheese. Like is that even on the menu lol? Hard to believe that was an accident not for only one every body

I placed an order online and had one of their new agua frescas. Katrina in the drive thru was very concerned that I wasn’t leaving with what I ordered (due to product recall), but she made sure I left satisfied! She took the time and prepared me another drink. I ordered delivery from this location. I have never had an issue before ordering from here. The tacos I received were the saddest tacos I’ve ever seen. Hardly any toppings and no flavor. They did not give me the sauces I ordered either. One of my tacos had steak instead of chicken. Really disappointed

It was good. Nice and clean. They’re hiring. I got the #7, the quesadilla, taco, and drink. It was over $7.00. I think our meal was expensive. It wasn’t busy. Lots of parking. I didn’t see the highchairs.
