The food is alright, but today while stopping by I was met with a rude lady just because I’m in high-school I assume, because I didn’t do anything except wait for my order by the corner and she stops to rudely ask what we’re doing and stand in our faces and tells us to move because she has to do a” thing” with the sause. but her attitude to us after she figured out she needed to help me with an order was over all dismissive and un welcoming, just because im in high-school doesn’t mean I’m not an adult who deserves respect when waiting for an order. I stopped by this location during my lunch break today and ordered the Beefy Nachos and a Cantina-style taco. From the moment I placed my order, I was met with an extremely rude attitude from a female customer service representative. Her tone over the speaker already felt dismissive and unprofessional, which is especially frustrating since I work in an industry where customer service, integrity, and basic respect are non-negotiable.
When I arrived at the window, I asked what ingredients came on the Beefy Nachos. She sighed loudly and listed them, so I politely asked for no red sauce. Once at the window, she responded, “Uh, too late—we already made it,” and refused to correct the order. When I explained that I had just requested no red sauce and was paying for the item, she became sarcastic and repeated that it couldn’t be changed. She then slammed the window shut, made me wait, and eventually returned only to toss the bag into my car.
This behavior was completely unacceptable. On top of the attitude, her appearance was also unprofessional—her hair was not properly secured, and her uniform appeared unclean. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this Taco Bell location. I have already reported the incident to corporate.
Customer service matters. You never know who you’re serving, and the way customers are treated reflects directly on the business. Unfortunately, this interaction demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism and courtesy.

There was a sign on the door for high school students to have their food to go because of fighting. No more customer service when ordering.There is a kiosk for you to order your food. When your food is ready, they yell your name out when your order is ready. All condiments were on the side with drinks. Get it yourself!

Self serve fast food. Order from the three touch screen stands. If you have questions try your hand at flagging down staff, they are in the back working hard. I had no issues with my order. I did manage to find someone to ask for a to-go bag. They were kind and professional.

The little girl working at 9:20 am on 10/16/23 should find a different job. She was extremely rude handing me my online order. And I checked my bad. It had one of two items in it. She got mad about me mentioning it. Made me my other item. Which pretty much only cheese in it. Everything else was pretty much non existent. Then flung my bag at me saying “here” and walked away.

The absolute WORST Taco Bell AND fast food building I’ve ever walked into. Took them almost 45 minutes to make this small simple order, wasn’t really busy. Took so long because the staff are just goofing around instead of doing their job. Garbage service.

Food is ok. But the size of my husband’s taco (see pic)…REALLY Taco Bell?!!!! It’s always either all lettuce and cheese or almost non-existent meat. GET IT TOGETHER! I gave 3 stars because they’re open late and my taco salad (although the steak was bland) was decent in size. **Update:. My husband agree with the taco not being adequate, but he did say that his meal usually is a lot better than it was tonight. So it may have been who was on board tonight.
