It seems every time I ask for extra cheese at any Taco Bell, I’m ignored, but this location took it to a new low. I not only asked at the speaker but asked again at the window to please make sure to add extra cheese to my tacos which is not a very demanding request. This is what I got

This location used to be top tier. Terrible service. Terrible food. Terrible attitudes. All around.. go else where. You don’t want to spend hard earned money at an establishment that serves cold soggy food, missing items and doesn’t have the customer service competency to make it right. This is what happens when teenagers are “managers” of an establishment. ALL the food was AWFUL. Believe the terrible food/wrong order/missing items reviews it’s really that bad, and the closing staff.. believe those reviews also. Absolutely terrible!

This location messed up my order on Friday. Beef Crunchwrap Supreme had no meat. Wasn’t thrilled about that but it was too late to go back. I called and told them I had a problem with my order who could I speak with. The gentleman was super nice and wrote down for me, apologized, and gave me his name. Seemed like no big deal really. I went in today to pick it up and got the third degree from Emily. I was told the individual who took care of me wasn’t authorized to offer a remake on the item that was messed up. Honestly the customer service form the original person was fabulous and the service from Emily at time of pickup was awful. Emily was really ugly how she approached me basically saying he wasn’t authorized to do that so sorry I can’t give you a replacement item. I told her I am the customer if an employee should or shouldn’t have done something thats not my problem. My order was messed up and it was 7 bucks I’m not paying for a messed up order. Emily needs a lot of help on customer service and a smile wouldn’t hurt. I had my receipt, I had the name of who I spoke with, and it was appropriately logged for the other employees to know I called. Jordan you were fabulous and your service was fabulous. Five stars. Emily, you need a lot of help in customer service if I could give you a negative star I would. Awful experience for something that was a five star experience from Jordan.

First thing is the smell inside. It smells like old mop water and grease.
No one up front to take your order or if you have questions. They have order kiosks now. They don’t even bring your food to the table. They might as well have us make our own order, at least it will be right. I ordered extra cheese on my bean burrito and paid .75 cents extra. It had a ton of onions and a very small amount of cheese. And because the beans were lukewarm the little amount of cheese didn’t even melt. The most disappointing was the new chicken nuggets. They had a burnt grease taste on the breading and one of them had just a sliver of chicken inside. The sauce was terrible and whenI asked to try a different sauce, they charged me .27 cents for it. I should have exchanged the little slivered nugget for it. Ugh! They did have great Christmas music playing so I bumped up the atmosphere rating by a star for that. Oh well another disappointing meal at Taco Bell.

I ordered the $10.00 Nachos! Nicely served in a long box. Fed 3 of us. Most their food has same ingredients and similar taste. It tasted good, but you know, it’s Taco Bell fast food.
I am critical of business restrooms and they had a clean restroom when I visited. Seems well maintained.
FYI I do like Taco Bell food. This is a nice Taco Bell and it’s more laid back because of location.

Everything was good. My kids had to do the Kiosk.
I get the reason behind the Kiosk. I prefer one on one.
Inside was cleaned and had all condiments and utensils.
We normally go through Drive Thru, I wanted my kids to get the Full Taco Bell Experience inside.

It is a RARE occasion that I find myself in Taco Bell. But my 17 yo daughter loves it so we stopped in today. Having to eat Gluten Free I ordered the Grilled Chicken power bowl which was customizable to my preferences and all done on the kiosk.
Very little interaction with the staff so no complaints there, the location was pretty clean but the seating area was oddly cramped even when empty and it felt like no matter where you’d step you’d run into a chair or another customer.
Overall not bad especially for such a dietary restriction but not out of this world delicious.

If I could give no stars I would. $60 worth of food all wrong, ordered 12 tacos no lettuce for my kid who doesn’t eat lettuce. They all had lettuce on them, when I showed them they said sorry but only took off the lettuce off the top 4 from the case so when I checked it looked right. Everything else was overcooked or very sloppy thrown together. If you can’t handle the school rush then maybe close up shop. Very disappointed and won’t be going to this one again any time soon.

Both of my tacos were subpar on our most recent visit. Someone definitely needs to be retrained … They were only filled half way… No time to complain to management. See photos. Usually, this Taco Bell is very consistent with portions and quality. Not so much on this visit.
