We tried McDonald’s first but it was closed inside, AGAIN!! So my grandsons said let’s try Burger King!! It was an awesome experience for those two boys. The staff was very helpful and friendly!! We’ll be back!!

The food was excellent, and the service was ok. I’m sure the lady at the drive-thru was having a bad day, I understand because I used to work in the food industry, fast food included. She was actually nice once we pulled around to the window. She was just a bit rude when she took our order.

The lady in drive thru had open sores all over her arms. They were not covered and looked wet not dried up at all. Thankfully we went inside and not through the drive thru.

I sat in line over 25 minutes and there were only two people ahead of me to the order box. The guy at the window seemed lost. I was handed a sandwich that I could tell had been sitting under the warmer the whole time I was in the drive through. The online app redeemed me which is the only thing redeeming the stars.

This Hass to be the slowest Burger King in the world. I have been sitting here for 10 minutes in drive-through which is supposed to be a fast food I don’t know what is going on with this business the store, but it needs to be adjusted.
