Worst Taco Bell ever! Lived here years ago when it was coupled with the KFC. It was, by far, the worst run restaurant in town back then. Drove through town on my way home and decided to stop since I heard it was now a standalone building. Figured things would be better. Figured wrong. Mobile ordering was a disaster. They were out of so many items they had to “shut off the option for mobile orders”. My card was still charged, however. Had to place a new order at the counter and through the confusion that order was not made either for almost half an hour until I went back to the counter again. Apparently they all thought it was already made even though I was sitting, without food, in plain sight of all the employees for 30 minutes. Will not make this mistake again.

This is the absolute worst Taco Bell that I have ever been to. Girl in drive thru should be at a different station she was basically completing an order from taking it to giving it to the customer before she would take the next order. Since when do chalupas at Taco Bell have beans mixed with the meat ? Also when did the grilled chicken burritos start coming completely stuffed with Fritos and just a couple pieces of chicken ???????? WHYYYYYY I would drive to Livingston before ever coming back to this dump.

I have visited this Taco Bell location three times, and unfortunately, each experience has left me feeling disappointed. One of the main issues I encountered is their consistent lack of certain items on their menu. It’s frustrating to go to a fast-food restaurant only to find out that they are out of the items you were looking forward to trying. It seems like they struggle with keeping their inventory stocked, which can be quite disappointing for customers after being in the line for quite some time. Moreover, the overall service at this Taco Bell has been underwhelming. The staff doesn’t seem particularly attentive or focused on providing a positive customer experience. There have been instances where I’ve had to wait for an extended period to place my order or receive my food, despite there being plenty of staff gossiping with each other. I fervently hope that remedial actions are undertaken to rectify these issues, thus engendering a transformation in their operational efficacy and proffering a more gratifying dining experience for prospective patrons.

Why is there always something wrong with the food… I order a Nacho bell grande. I get it separated as it doesn’t make the 20 minute drive home. The past 4 times I’ve gotten this something is left out(meat or beans) or just inedible(dry a** beans,one spoon of meat).. I truly understand sometimes that I will receive a mess up and I usually accept the mistake and eat the food without complaining but this is getting absurd.

The employee that took our order was by himself and didn’t seem quite ready for that . He had problems getting the order right. I don’t feel like it was his fault. He was kind and eager to help. I feel like he hadn’t had enough time training before being thrown up front by his self.

Taco Bell employees were not polite when taking order, gave me sour sweet tea, then told me they didn’t accept gift cards at their location. Every time I’ve gone I’ve gotten sour tea, have had bad customer service experiences, and the cooks have gotten at least one thing wrong every time.

Love my Taco Bell. Friendly and helpful. Love the smiling faces This time dining room not open. No sign on door. Drive thru only. Ordered taco and burrito craving pack. One of my tacos looked like it already had a bite taken out of it. 4-24-23 was a disaster. Broken tacos . Had 13 tacos. Only 3 of them were supreme. Had to open ALL tacos to find those 3.
