The lady taking my order was wonderful, however it took like 10 minutes for 2 chicken quesadillas and they had literally next to no chicken in them. Whoever was cooking obviously is either out of the product and stretching it or just doesn’t want to work there. Giving out food like that, paying $5 for 1 makes me never want to go there again. I felt very robbed but had no time to go back as I was on my lunch break and it had already taken so long to get the food to begin with.

Drove through there about 11 last night on my way home from the casino back towards Baytown and the young gentleman working the window was professional and so polite. Great job hiring him, not your typical driver through experience! He needs a raise for sure! Wish I could recall his name!

I would not recommend this location to anyone. Service is bad. Cashier acted like a zombie. The soft tacos were rolled with the wrapper instead of the Taco being rolled up, then rolled by the wrapper. The Taco meat was squishing out each side of the wrapper of what liittle meat was on them. This was caused by the wrapper being wrapped in the taco instead of the taco being wrapped over the taco. The floors were trashed in the dining room. As a former Taco Bell manager myself, this store is very substandard. Production line people need to be retrained. This is the first time being back to a Taco Bell in over a year because of similar occurrences.

They make the best dollar burritos! They actually put a lot of meat and it’s not just all tortilla. Most Taco Bells barely put anything in the beef burrito but here I can fill up on two of them!

I am a door dash driver and to some that may mean nothing. At least I was made to feel that way. I have Multiple Sclerosis and Mysathenia Gravis and I am on medical leave while I deal with an oncologist. The other location in Orange does not mind that I use the drive though. As I waited at the drive through, I waited 5 minutes before I asked what I wanted to order. I told her about the Door Dash order and she rudely said that I needed to go inside (no problem)… I get down every where else. I tried to order a burrito and she said hold on. I waited another 5 minutes. I pulled up to try to get through. I went inside and asked for the drive thru person’s name. This costed me another 20 minutes. They waited on every drive thru customer

Workers are brain dead. This Taco Bell has never got my order correct, and forgets to put all items in my bag. I recommend that if you’re hungry just go ahead and starve instead of eating at this sorry excuse for a Taco Bell.

This is the worst taco bell ever. I never get all of my order and if I do get everything then it’s cold or just thrown in the bottom of the bag and all the insides fall out. You have to wait a long time any you go so you would think that they are making sure everything is in the bag but no and don’t think your gonna call and get someone on the phone because they don’t answer! Save your self a headache and go to a different location.
