I ordered a steak supreme burrito and it was flat 4 pieces of steak and paid $8 for mostly beans, I didnt taste the sour cream till the last 2 bites cuz they didnt fold it right and my empanadas were over cooked:(

So I’ve never had stale taco shells before but the moment I took my first bite I knew instantly that I had just tasted stale shells. As you can imagine the we’re just like really stale chips. And after paying $40 for the three of us to eat, it was frustrating that it wasn’t even close to the normal Taco Bell enjoyable that we all have come to know and love. I’m not sure if somebody accidentally opened a package of shells and didn’t close it back up and it sat there for days going stale but they probably should have thrown those out because they were no good and very expensive and we had to wait a really long time for our order to be brought out to us. I’m not someone who normally gives bad reviews…. just look at all my reviews they’re almost all very positive but I just had to shed some light on what happened tonight for us.

This is the worst restaurant in Liberty, TX. The service is terrible, they take forever to deliver the food, and the whole place is filthy. I don’t understand how they have so many awards on the wall when it’s such a terrible place.

ASHLEY/DIAMOND/NATHAN/TYLER! Excellent customer service! They helped me find what I was looking for on the menu and worked as a team to get it figured out and cooked ASAP. What a great atmosphere they provide for their customers. Bravo.

I never say bad things about a restaurant. But I was the only customer in the restaurant and I only ordered a black bean crunch wrap. There were almost no black beans at all in the wrap. This was my whole meal and there was almost nothing in it. I order these at other locations and have never been disappointed before. I complained before I left but there was not even a sorrowful attitude from the lady who made it. I felt sorry for this restaurant because nobody would want to return to a place with this kind of service and attitude. Somebody needs to help them with this. Taco Bell is a great restaurant and shurely someone can help these people not ruin their reputation because of something like this. I rarely eat out and this was supposed to be a treat for me. I have multiple complaints. I placed an order through the app, and when I arrived to pick the order up after about 20 minutes from the time I placed the order, I waited in the lobby for an additional half hour. Many people received their food before me, despite arriving after me. Another customer in the lobby was simultaneously receiving the same experience. I asked to speak to a manager about the issue, the manager was informed of my request. She made eye contact with me from the kitchen assembly line, then began loudly complaining about me and my order to her employees, while refusing to acknowledge me verbally or come over to speak with me. To summarize this portion: my main complaints are mostly about Speed, lack of Professionalism, and poor service. Additionally, my order contained a “Luxe box”, which is supposed to come with a game code for the new Tony Hawk game when ordered through the app. I did not receive this code.

Recently went into Taco Bell in Liberty and there were workers standing around in the back not doing anything other than talking and laughing. There were no customers inside other than me and my 4 grandkids and there was no one in the drive through when we came in. I waited at the counter and finally got someones attention. I was told I had to use the self service kiosk. I then asked if no one can personally take my order and was told no. I wanted to go somewhere else but my grandkids really wanted Taco Bell. I placed my order and sat down. A few minutes later, an elderly woman came in and they told her the same thing. This little lady walked up to the kiosk and didn’t know what to do so I went and helped her. Well, today I went back to Taco Bell and went through the drive through. I place a $63.00 order and pulled around to the window. Before I even handed the girl my debit card, I asked if I can add one thing to my order and she said I need to go back around and place another order!!! I was dumb founded. Once I got home, I called and talked to Ashley, who said she was the manager. I explained the situation and she said once you get up to the window, you cannot add to your order, not even a drink, because it is corporate policy. I used to love this Taco Bell but their customer service has become so horrible.

Their stores always clean, there’s always somebody to help you at the counter if kiosk isn’t available, but there’s usually a kiosk available, as soon as you order your food your food is almost instantly ready.
McDonald’s in Whataburger never have anyone on the counter. You could wait for hours trying to get food over there! Lol.
This place is a polar opposite, the people here are friendly, and professional with a goal of perfection and real customer satisfaction that shows.

The staff should have politely told the people to pull up or go inside or something!!
I called Taco Bell from inside my car for help with these people and I get this clueless kid who knows nothing who starts whining to me that its not HIS fault! Good Lord, I just left and will never go back.

Mike the general manager is the definition of amazing customer service! Not only does he have a sense of humor at the drive-through he has the ability to multitask and insists on fresh food items(in this case Cinnabon delights) so I don’t get a bad product. I recommend the store at night over anything around here for late night sweets. Keep it up Mike 🙂
