The people at this location are very rude and very ready to have you leave their drive thru. I have gone here several times and it is the same experience every time. Managers/owners of this location, please train your employees to be kind. This is the worst fast food place in Baytown in terms of customer service. I dread every time I have to come here. Next time, I will definitely be going to the one on Garth, and I would suggest that yall do the same. The management at the one in Garth definitely teaches their employees how to be kind and provide good customer service.

If I could give a zero I would.. this place is so pitiful.. it’s so dirty inside, I could only imagine how they clean.. My husband & I ordered tacos. when we got home, NO MEAT IN THE TACOS? Like what the heck. Do we look vegetarian or something? not only that the service was so beyond poor, I should’ve asked my dog to take my order and she’d prolly do a better job than the person who actually took my order.. I’d rather eat a bowl of cereal or even just starve, then to come back to this establishment. please do better. it’s not rocket science, and yall aren’t even busy to be acting like that.

I’m not one to judge based on a single experience, so this is from the handful of times I’ve been since they’ve opened. I’ve noticed that there’s always one or two small inconveniences when I go here, like making me pay individually for the avocado salsa, but then not giving me the amount I paid for, or forgetting utensils for things like the cantina bowl. Nothing crazy, but just enough to be noticeable (heart is broken today cuz they forgot my chips, and they only gave me guac lol).
