In & Out has been a regular place I have gone to pretty much my whole life. The food is always fresh, and put together the same way every time. The place is consistently kept clean, and employees well groomed.
The burgers are good, as are the fries every single time. The meals they have with a burger, fries and a drink are priced well and won’t break the bank.
I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease so I can not have any wheat, rie or barley. I thought my days of eating at In & Out were over… but to my delight they have a area in the kitchen that is set up to be gluten free. I am happy to say that In & Out is still a familiar, consistent place I can go with my family. I have enjoyed this simple place for years, I hope you do as well.

I heard bad things about this place. But I gave it a try. OMG! I love it! Those workers are so nice. And they are very efficient and not one single time did they mess up my order. .. they treated me with respect, and kindness with a smile on their face… … My only issue is the big truck’s that were backed up with the rear end way over the sidewalk. I had to go back out in the parking lot and around to get in the front door. It wouldn’t be an issue, but I have a tough time walking these days and I use a cane. .. a little common sense by folks would be nice…
Other than that. I love this restaurant. But I ain’t telling anyone. Everytime I tell anyone about something good, I can’t get in, it gets so busy. LOL

Ordered fries animal style and there was a mix up so they remade the entire order to to make sure everything I ordered was hot and fresh then the manager called me over to the counter and gave me 2 free gift cards for 2 #1’s…. To be honest I would have ate the food cold lol… Thanks Desiree & Kaitlyn for the over the top excellent customer service

I’ve gone to In-N-Out a few times, and I’m not sure who was cooking the burgers tonight, but they were perfect, and had so much flavor! The service was a little slower, than normal, but they are always friendly. It was pretty busy so I am only discounting one star for the service. They do a great job keeping things clean, which is always appreciated!

Today was extra busy at the Nampa In-N-Out, but despite the crowd, my son and I were able to find seats and enjoy a great meal. We’re still pretty new to In-N-Out, and one of the employees was kind enough to explain the burger options and what comes on each — really helpful and welcoming!

Even with how busy it was, our food came out quickly, was made right, and tasted delicious. The restaurant was clean, the staff worked efficiently, and everyone had a great attitude. I can definitely see why so many people love In-N-Out — great prices, great food, and great service. We’ll absolutely be back!

Great, fresh food & great service! They were packed so it was a little loud inside. Also, the busyness made for a super cramped parking lot.

I have always loved In-N-Out Burger, and this location didn’t disappoint. Food was fresh and tasty. Try the double double animal style (grilled onions and tosted bread) and don’t forget about the strawberry shake, yum. I was surprised the line wasn’t longer.

Double Double…with grilled onions and extra pickles on a toasted bun, yeees please. The burger alone is plenty but will occasionally get some fries. They can be hit or miss so it’s best to eat right away or they get a weird texture styrofoam texture (I think it’s the oil they use). Can ask for them double dipped so they’re a little crispy as well. The lemon up is my go too, very refreshing.

5 Star for Service and Atmosphere, but we were there for the burgers, and this was quite possibly the worst burger I’ve had in a while. It comes down to one simple thing: The buns were over-toasted and leather-tough. Both my Wife and I had the same tough, burnt bun. Lookin around at other people’s food, it was clear that whomever was on bun duty that day wasn’t doing their job correctly.

In N Out commands higher quality that what was provided that day. (The fries will always suck until the company changes their frying methods.) My friends have complained that the Nampa location isn’t good, and that they go to Meridian instead. Management needs to improve quality control. Having the burger ruined by a poorly prepared bun is kind of a sad joke.
