The food came out fresh and hot, and my order was accurate. The tacos were crunchy and flavorful, and the portions were satisfying for the price. The service was quick, and the staff were polite and efficient, even though it was a bit busy. The restaurant itself was clean, and the wait time wasn’t long at all. If you’re looking for something fast, affordable, and filling, Taco Bell is always a solid option. I’d definitely come back again.

This visit honestly made me a little sad. If you go through the drive-thru, you’re talking to a machine. If you dine in, you’re punching in your own order on a screen. There’s barely any real interaction anymore, and it feels cold and impersonal. Fast food used to have at least a little human connection. Now it feels like we’re quietly phasing people out.
Thank God for the employees at the window. They were polite, warm, and actually human. They’re the only part of the visit that felt genuine. The food was fine, but the people at the end of the line are what made it better.

They had NO sodas, NO fries. We ordered through the app and payed for food they didnt have. The workers tried giving us one $1 burrito to compensate for $4 fries. We said it had to be $3 burritos. We got home and she didn’t even give us the right ones. OH and we also payed for cinnamon twists and she didnt give us that either.

I just ordered from here for lunch. I ordered a chicken cantina taco. The crazy part about it is I always order a chicken cantina taco. I’ve ordered it about four times here on different occasions. The last two times which was this time and the time before. My taco was a soft taco, and it was real wet on the outside so wet that my tortilla was actually doughy which made it very disgusting. It was dry on the inside, even though the filling was in the inside. I took it back up there now this happened twice. The first time I threw it away this time. I took it back up there and let me remind you the manager the white lady that’s up there. She told me the first time oh, I wanna make your taco how you want it I’m OK. I didn’t ask for watery taco. Very disgusting. I told the manager can you help? Can you help me real quick because I have to go back to work by lunch break is almost over. It was three minutes till my lunch break was over. I just wanted to return this and give my money back. She proceeded to take her time. She did not care and then she told me not to talk to her like that because I guess she felt like I rushed her. I was just letting her know what kind of time I was on. She was very rude. She took her time at the register. I told her you know what just keep the food. She told me never to come back there and I won’t and I bet a lot of people ain’t gonna come back there either because I’m reading these reviews. why is everybody saying that she has watery food? We need to put this place out of business for real. We need to shut this place down and welcome to the community some people who really want to own Taco Bell own Taco Bell she’s giving them a bad name. When I asked to have corporate‘s number, she said we’re not with corporate. But all that watery food all that water that she has on the countertops can possibly hold bacteria and E. coli and I’m gonna call the health department and I think other people should too if they get their food from there like that. Health department should be called on them. That’s disgusting.

Im not usually one to complain, but whoever was working today, 11/09/2025, they’re some of the worst people in existence. I ordered online a chalupa with chicken.. i got a whole fried chicken strip that was dry, burnt and hard as a rock. Clearly someone thought it was funny or something. Before that i was informed they didn’t have nacho fries.. which i already paid for.. i had to sub for something else. On top of that my drink also had to be substituted bc they didn’t have the drink i ordered online. So basically they didn’t have anything i ordered?? Somehow they didn’t have food at this food place? And the one thing that they were supposed to have was completely wrong. Requested a refund on the app hoping they get it to me.

I just ordered from here. And the meat? Is watery, tastes like a mix of meat and beans. And just OFF. Like spoiled. I’m praying I don’t get sick. For $25 worth of food I’m pissed this is the quality I paid for. And it’s not just one taco/burrito. It’s ALL of them.

I came at 12:30 midnight (friday night-saturday morning) on 10/11/25. I ordered a combo and an extra taco. My tacos had barely any meat or lettuce. It was like an empty shell. My combo came with chips and queso. There were literally 3 chips and the queso cup had only about a fourth of queso. Not sure if they are saving ingredients or whats going on but I would definitely not recommend this place.

What is wrong with these employees that they can’t get an order right? The last two times we’ve gone they have screwed up the order or given us nasty food. I ordered the cinnamon twists and I tried to bite one and couldn’t because it was stale and had a very nasty taste like when old oil is used. Then I ordered the 7 layer burrito and only got what looks like 2 layers. Last got a chalupa and the shell was very hard and not edible. Check your food before leaving or you’ll have to make a trip back. And to be on the safe side smell it also.

Stoped by for dinner tonight !! Went through the drive thru with no issues at all. Order was taken very easily, got my food quick and everything was correct !! Employee was very nice and food was hot !! You got my 5 stars !!!

We ordered a online order got here 10 min later still wasn’t ready waited another 10 min for them to tell me we have to let them know when we arrive so they can start amking our order then what’s the whole point of ordering mobile pick up if there not gonna do it then plus they still give u attitude un professional never coming back here again
