I’m really disappointed with this place. When I order through the app DoorDash,the portions are TINY compared to what they give you in person. It feels unfair because I’m actually paying more money for less food. The quality might be okay, but the portions on mobile orders are ridiculous — barely anything in the container. Definitely not worth the price.

Firstly, it’s surprising to receive only one sauce for three egg rolls. The drinks, particularly the raspberry lemonade, tasted unpleasant, . Additionally, encountering a cockroach in the utensil area was quite alarming, as depicted in the uploaded images. The service from the staff, particularly the lady attending, left much to be desired, contributing to an overall disappointing experience..There seems to be a trend of negative reviews for this establishment. To improve, it would greatly benefit from a more competent general manager and a fresh team of staff members. With these changes, the goal of ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering a positive experience can be achieved.

Dont care to be waited on by workers who look miserable and dont want to be at work – very unfriendly staff.
No flavor on fried rice, orange chicken was good.
No eggrolls – “waiting on a truck”. Probably wont come back. Not a great experience.

I ordered two servings of Broccoli Beef with my Bigger Plate to go. When we got it home, there were only four pieces of beef (shown on the left) among all of that broccoli (shown on the right). When we tried to call to talk to someone about it no one answered, and the call went to an answering machine that didn’t even allow for voice mail.

We got the orange chicken plate with rice. The meat was cold and tasted like egg. When I proceeded to complain to the person in front, he grabbed the thermometer and stated the food was at temperature. He provided me with another plate but it was the same. I just threw it away I know other people probably complained about the same thing. I like panda but not enough to eat raw chicken. I will not be coming back to this establishment.

I used to like Panda, do not think I will eat at this one until they learn how to cook. The noodles and rice tasted old and greasy. Everthing was chewy and ended being the worst Panda I have ever been too. Please get a great manager who can take over, clean this place up and bring back the great food they used to serve here!
