I had a very bad experience. We ordered food through the drive-thru, and the employee who was working at 8:25 at night spoke to us very rudely. He wanted to give us what he wanted. I asked for cheese and sour cream on the side because my wife is allergic, and he said, “If she’s allergic, she’s not going to get it.” I pay for my food, not for him to decide for me and not give it to me. Then he kept speaking very disrespectfully, and I canceled the number one taco order because the bad treatment made me lose my appetite. We continued with the other orders, and then he said vulgar words, like “This isn’t for crap,” which is used vulgarly like “stupid stuff,” and he was yelling. After that, the lady was even worse and very disrespectful.
We are loyal customers, and today they lost customers. We will also tell people we know about the bad treatment we received, something we have never experienced anywhere else. What humiliation they put us through. The guy at the drive-thru window was light-skinned, with a brown beard, and very rude.”

This place may not be considered real food to many but my family likes it and it’s nostalgic. Perhaps the food is good to us for different reasons but I know we’re not alone in thinking so, considering how long the lines were to order. We got the new spicy nacho fries, the Mexican pizza, chalupa supreme, crunch wrap and a burrito. The cost is more than it used to be but so is the rest of the world. My only complaint is that they have AI taking the order and we had asked for a lottt of hot sauce and was given the bare minimum. The speed improved but the accuracy was lacking. It had asked if we wanted a drink and we said yes. Ended up with no drink, but not charged for it either, so can’t be too upset. The overall experience good with minor areas of opportunity.

This place is top notch always friendly and ready to serve. They are on point as well as quick for how busy this taco bell is, been coming for years with the family and always have all that I love about taco bell while other locations never have sauces, mango drink or drinks to be exact some just Pepsi terrible and then they don’t have some of the menu items always low on supply. This location always got it all never mis a beat, if you want fresh and get what you want plus be able to come in and dine or drive through 24 /7 this is the number one taco bell ever, being i have been to many of them.

Customer service is always great at the Stafford location! Update *5/19/22 Tried their vegetarian options today and they were tasty.. lots of flavors.. Definitely will get again.. spicy potato taco and fiesta veggie burrito.
