I would do one star, but I really like this location. They do such a good job. Everybody is friendly no issues there, but I draw the line when it comes to hair in my food. It really grosses me out and I didn’t even notice it was in my nacho cheese cup until after I already dipped five chips in it.

Update 12-31-2025:
Red head drive thru girl didn’t greet and look at me weird. She seems to have an attitude problem for sure and doesnt want to be there. I keep on making mistake of stopping by this location out of convenience and regret it every time.

Bag of chip was only 1/3 full and cheese lid was opened with content spilled in bag. Literally paid $3 for 4 pieces of chips. Also ordered $7 for nacho bell grande and portion was tiny too. It used to be a big portion loaded with beef and chips. Taco bell is literally ripping customers off.

Drive thru needs to do better. Things could’ve gotten totally out of control behind the worker laughing as if something was funny. Then they just threw my kid’s order in the bag, had I been alone definitely would’ve been a problem. What are the shift managers doing? These days people only care about their check & it urkes my nerves.

I would rate lower if I could. They have no one helping or assisting customers in front. Solely focused on drive thru. Didn’t even acknowledge any of the customers on the front for atleast 15-20 minutes. AWFUL SERVICE

I had another bad experience and this time involved food. I ordered the nacho fries with steak, as usual they are in a bad mood but this time my food besides from being not even half of what they should have served it was also disgusting. I got home and open 2 orders of nacho fries with steak and they served less than half and it was horrible as well.
I don’t have a problem with the food but the employees, specifically 2 men at this location are extremely rude and have the worst attitude. We didn’t just have this problem once and one time I saw one of them talking so ugly to a female worker while she just respectfully listen and said yes to everything.

I did an online order. This was the worst service ever. It’s like they did not even look at the instructions. I asked for no lettice on my daughter’s taco. They put lettice all over it. The beef on my wife’s taco was terrible. I had to ask for a drink holder for 4 drinks. Really. When I got home, the bottom of my taco was falling apart. It’s like it was not even fresh.

I’ve enjoyed countless Taco Bells for over 5 decades and this Birnam Woods location served up the only, I mean only, meal I did not, did not, enjoy in all that time. The chalupa bread was not the usual, toasty warm and soft type, but cold, stale, and tough. Do youself a favor. Got to any other location. This one needs to shut down or get an adult,experienced manager, who cares. When I reported my dissatisfaction to the “manager”, the young fellows eyes just glazed over. Incidentally there was an offensive odor there.

With 6 cars ahead of me in the drive-thru, it took 40 minutes to get to the window and receive my food, which I ordered on the app. Then, the food received was soggy and really pretty disgusting. The “crispy” taco was not even a bit crispy and fell apart. The burrito was just as soggy and didn’t even stay together in the wrapper.
